ponytail is a NO! hair down would be okay, messy bun would be cute, updo is too fancy, hair down with some pulled back into flat ponytail (half up half down) would look ah-dorable! sneakers definitely, accessories would be cute too, and skinny jeans with all that. hope this helped!

u shouldn't wear that much makeup since it is sleepover, and u might end up doin make-up on each other, also u don't wanna take too much attention from the b-day girl. i reccomend some cute pajamas like some plaid bottom thats long since u said it's a lil cold and a t-shirt. for hair style u could do a side ponytail, a fish braid, or just leave ur hair down.
