What will happen if I fail in a CBSE 12th board improvement exam?

If you fail in the CBSE Class 12 Improvement Exam then your result will be displayed in the Improvement Exam Marksheet as “FAIL” but you don't need to write the Compartment Exam for the Failed Subject.Your previous board exam marks will be still valid and it will be taken into account for college admissions or jobs. But the problem is you have to keep the CBSE Improvement Exam Marksheet with you and might need to produce it as and when required. So you will have 2 marksheets - Actual CBSE Board Exam Marksheet and the Failed CBSE Improvement Exam Marksheet and you have to keep these two marksheets with you. So that's a burden of carrying your own failure along with you!So it is advisable to give the CBSE Improvement Exam only if you are 100% confident that you will score more than your previous board exam performance.Don't give the Improvement Exam and take unwanted risk if you have the fear of failure.Instead prepare yourself to train your mind and body to take up this challenge and perform well in the CBSE Class 12 Improvement Exam. If you fail in the CBSE Class 12 Improvement Exam then you cannot write the Improvement Exam again because the exam can be taken only once that too immediately the year after your CBSE Board Exam. Hence this will be your last and final opportunity to improve your performance in the CBSE Board Exam! The difficulty level of the CBSE Improvement Exam will be same as that of the Actual CBSE Board Exam and hence you don't have to worry about the difficulty of the exam.Focus on improving yourself and learn from your previous mistakes and then give your best in the exam. Let your results speak for you.If you have any doubts or questions then feel free to message me on quora.I am always happy to help students succeed in their career. All the Best Students!

What will happen if I fail in semester exam in delhi university under cbcs?

Two ScenariosIncase your grade sheet (Results Column) shows ER (Papers in which you've 0 Credits) only, then you need to appear those papers again in the next examination cycle, depending upon odd or even semester. If your grade sheet shows FAILED in the row corresponding to which your CGPA is mentioned then you need to essentially REPEAT the year in those papers. Also read my other answer in the same topic Sabyasachi Puhan's answer to What will happen if a student fails in both the semesters, i.e. 3rd and 4th semesters, under the CBCS system in Delhi University? Thanks !

Can a student give a compartment this year and improvement next year in CBSE?

Yes you can appear in both the examination.By giving compartment examination wouldn’t help you a lot because you’re going to have two marksheets. So according to me you should better apply for Improvement examination and please note that Improvement Examination is just like board examination and all the stuffs are nearly same. But if your appearing for Improvement you’ll be a private candidate and you’ll appear only on Exams you’ve opted for. The form is filled online in the month of August-October, 2016 and your exam will be held on March, 2017 that is next year. So you’ve plenty of time with you. It would be better if you go to a nice coaching institute and do self-study. Do hard work. And i’m sure you’ll succeed. God bless.Try for appearing in all the subjects because it would be better instead of appearing for only one subject.

What happens if I miss an end semester exam in the University of Delhi?

You will be marked absent and you would need to write the exam the next time . My next time I mean , for ex. If it's an 1 st sem exam you can write it only in 3 or 5 sem , with your juniors and if an 2 sem exam , you need to write in 4 or 6 sem . And if it's your last year in college , you better not get a back or miss those exams :) otherwise a year wasted

What if I didn't attend my CBSE improvement exam?

How will it affect me if I skip out on my AP exam?

Hey I was thinking about doing the same thing. The reason that I'm not going to go is because the college that I chose to go to won't accept my AP credit even if I get a 4 or a 5 because there was an additional SAT requirement... I mean who does that...
Anyways.. I honestly think that you should just do it. If you choose not to take it, then colleges won't do anything about it, trust me. Unless you plan on going to an Ivy or another highly ranked school, chances are nothing will happen at all. Most Universities don't require any student to take AP exams, the AP exams are really just for the benefit of the student who doesn't want to take that class in college. If you feel like retaking English Lit in College, then go for it, but also think about how you're wasting the money you paid for the exam.
See in my case, I've already wasted the money since there's no way I can get any credit. So instead of wasting both my money and my time, I'm just going to skip out on the AP Exam. Do whatever you want, but honestly I think you should take the Exam.

What happens if a student is absent for a CBSE class 12 Board exam?

First of all you shouldn't miss any exam it may either group papers or language papers. But if your really ill and unable to attend the exams then you may be considered if and only if you have a proper type of medical sick with proper prescription. Now, suppose if you unable to attend the language paper then you may be considered for compartment exam. And if you are not appearing for the one or two group paper then you will be allowed for compartment exam,if your failed to attend more than 2 exams then you have to reappear all exams for next year. And to get admissions in good colleges and universities you must attend the exams on regular basis and you must score above 50% in board exams.
