Pretty self explanatory. I evidently have two google accounts. One i used for blogger, and somehow I ended up creating a separate account for youtube. I tried signing into the youtube google account and changing the email to the other one but it says "a user with that e-mail already exists" I tried to delete the youtube/google account, but I still want to be able to use my youtube account! If I could merge the two accounts, I;d rather do that.

It won't delete apps. But any app which requires registration such as eBay, Play store, eMail, Samsung account, PayPal etc will require login when you open them. Also the cloud information may not show up. If you have synced Google plus or Hangout contacts directly from google, they may also not show up. Any new phone you create a Google account may need syncing before use.
