If I want to secure a list of my credit card numbers lets say, that I made using word document Would I want to encrypt them and then lock them away in a 256 bit password protected file on my desktop for example? So for someone to gain access to them they would need the password to unlock the file and then they could view them is that correct? However with the encryption of the file someone could not view them with another computer while I was on the internet is that what the encryption is for? I want the most absolute way to keep prying eyes off looking at this file so how do i do this?

This is the web site I've had for years. http://www.successdevelopmentservices.com/ It has always ran very well. A couple days ago I looked at it to send the URL to a friend and suddenly I an error that says "Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in /home/content/N/e/g/Negalith/html/index.... on line 15" as the only thing displayed in the browser. I had not even made changes to it in months. When I log into the "back end" of Wordpress at wp-admin, that part seems to work just fine. Any explination?
