What Happened To Leaders And Staffs After Microsoft Acquired Nokia.

Which company will fall first: Google, Apple, or Microsoft?

Let’s be honest Apple will likely not make it through the next decade and share the fate that has come to Blackberry and Motorola. The real battle comes down to Microsoft and Google. My bet would be that Google falls before Microsoft. Why? Google is starting to lose its dominance in search and it’s highly dependent on advertising dollars. Guess who is knocking at their door:Amazon is eating away at Google's core businessEvery tech company out there wants you to start your search in their platform instead of on Google because it gives them a distinct competitive advantage. Yelp is building a more robust app and search function to funnel people away from Google. Even Quora is becoming a viable option to find answers to many questions versus Google if you don’t want to be bombarded with ads. Then you have YouTube which is running into its own set of problems:YouTube’s Ad Problems Finally Blow Up in Google’s FaceNow Microsoft has done well to diversify itself successfully across software, hardware, and cloud storage.Due to how quickly the tech space evolves and gets disrupted, diversification is incredibly valuable for long term survival.Meanwhile with Google relying on ads and taking on Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and traditional media for ad dollars, they are in a much vulnerable position.

What is preventing Ericsson and Nokia from increasing their overall market shares given the scrutiny and issues surrounding Huawei?

Total lack of any market strategy consistency of the Nordic cold blooded “reptiles”, as I'd used to call them. While the Huawei was building itself from the scratch, just coming up with the ridiculous and laughable slogans like “AT&T (Ericsson) quality for half a price!”, selling the staff for its COGS and this buying the market shares in all the market sectors, starting with the poorest markets in the world, Nokia and Ericsson, being the public companies, were cutting off one LoB after another one - switching, transmission, cellphones, etc.As an outcome, both Nordic “vikings" appeared to successfully strip themselves down just to the RAN (radio access network), they thought where the cash is in, but finally they found they'd got wrong with that. The Microsoft's nominee in Nokia, Steven Elop, did successfully and intentionally destroy the world market leader from the inside, down to the break up and bankruptcy. Then Nokia tried to re-build itself , acquiring the near bankrupt Alcatel-Lucent company, thus getting the terrible mix of the hardly compatible LoBs and product lines in transmission, IP-switching and wireless.Ericsson just stripped itself down to the RAN only, and its strategic alliance with Cisco did eventually fail. So, shortly speaking, the Western companies, having all the financial, intellectual, technological and marketing advantages, succeeded to simply fail to Huawei in terms of the market vision, strategy, focus and perseverance.Huawei did successfully outsmarted and outmanuevered all of them.

Why did Google buy Motorola for $12.5 billion and sell it off for $2.91 billion?

One could say that Google has a fantastic grasp on the future and to a large degree actually make it if you hadn't noticed. The Motorola patents are overwhelmingly and massively undervalued as far as the future will show you. Motorola some years ago developed about the only option for human control that can ever be taken seriously as the technology they developed is literally IT when it comes to what is coming. Motorola was not in a position to leverage this technology but the futurists of Google have been aware of it ever since it was developed and have been moving and motioning the company to quickly take it up when the time is right. What am I talking about? It's a tiny chip the size of a grain of rice that is astonishingly clever, I don't really know how it works but I know some of the things it can do once it's in your hand and I mean literally in your hand, via a needle. Motorola spent around a million deciding where to stick it, I know where I'd like to stick it!Each little capsule can be coded to you just like a finger print and it may be linked to your DNA. In effect once you have it, it's you. It will be used for banking and any financial transactions or tracking, healthcare, shopping, unlocking your car and opening the front door and turning your TV on etc etc. You will be monitored while going about your life and it knows exactly where you are or at least, they will. It cannot be removed for some reason I can't recall although if you or someone else does, your pretty much stuffed without it. At least you'll know where your kids are.I believe Google glasses will have something to do with it, along with their nest of secret contraptions.Who knows, the patents may be worth a Trillion before WE know it, THEY probably do.

What is the life of an IT employee after being fired from a company?

Well I'm too young and inexperienced to answer this but still I would like to share my experience.I completed my graduation (BE) in 2016 and had no thoughts about building my career. My field of study was computers so I took up Java training in one of the excellent institutes in Bengaluru (India) recommeded by one my friend. My training was going well. It took 5 months for completing whole Java with 2 projects.Meanwhile I was attending drives but was not clearing the interviews so I was quite frustrated.Later after doing some research on career growth as a software developer engineer, I saw there would be vast growth in Mobile Technology so I developed interest in building apps.I took Android development course in the same institute, a month later after completion of Java, concentrated more on Android learning, the components, procedures, designs etc., Built a small app which boosted my confidence level.Luckily I cleared my 1st interview on Android developer position in a start-up company and got the job there.I joined the company in July 2017, I started working on a project directly, everything was going good for 2 months. We were 9 members in our team or whole company I can say! In different fields like Front end, Php developer, Java, Android(Me) and iOS platform. From second month we didn't get our salary for 4 months. Company people were giving reasons like they are out of money, searching for investors and other shitty reasons, we trusted them as they were giving dates for paying all our dues. Here came this day, November 15th 2017, they had told to pay on this day all our previous dues.He is not manager but a co-founder called us and said we are going to shut the company bcoz of lack of fund. You people have to leave now, we'll call you back when we get enough money and started saying all philosophy about career and all, we were feeling mixed emotions while listening to him.He asked us to officially give the resignation letter.P.S out of 9 I'm the only person live with my parents in the city, others are from different places living from their earnings. And November 15th was my birthday, returned home with no money and job. (One of worst b'day gift)It was birthday to one of the co-founder as well and he didn't come on that day to the office. My concern is about all my colleagues coz without money how will they survive in this city, paying rent, travelling cost etc.,
