Is 10-15 mile per hour winds fast?
I get scared of the wind sometimes when it howls at night and its really loud, and every time I check my weather app says like 14 miles per hour but I know it's faster, answers please!!

How to get volunteer hours fast?
i need 10 more service hours to get a presidential award (i have 40 right now and if you have 50 you can get an award). i know that sounds selfish and i promise im not doing it just for the award, but i've already come so far, so i might as well try hard to go all the way to 50. the problem is, the hours need to be submitted by next friday. so i have this weekend, and then 4 days after school. i feel like i can just knock out like 5 on saturday or sunday. the thing is, how can i get them FAST? i have no problem sticking to a plan, but i've been searching a long time for any last-minute volunteer hours but they all say like mail in an application and you have to be at least 18 (im not). i've tried animal shelters, soup kitchens, and they both are not last minute things. is there such a thing where you can just walk in and say you wanna help and then can help? Please this is urgent!
Is a blood glucose level of 107 after 10 hours of fasting high??
I had blood work done about a month ago and my blood glucose level was 107 and I hadnt eaten in 10 hours since I had to fast for the testing. Im overweight at the moment , currently 225 and only 5'3 but I also dont have any other family members who have diabetes so any insight would be great since Im not sure what to expect at my follow up next week.
