In NYC you get a ticket for driving out of class and your Bike is impounded, you have to pay the tow and impound fees, so in NYC the penalty is high!

Is it illegal to drive without an airbag?
I just bought a 1999 Sunfire that at some point in it's life got into an accident. Both airbags deployed. There are cracks in the steering wheel and the passenger side where the airbags deployed at. They were never replaced or fixed. I was wondering if it is illegal to drive without the airbags being replaced? The car is registered in the state of Minnesota but will be drive in the state of Virginia. It will also be driven onto a military base. Thanks
Can my brother in law take me to get my license?
Okay so I'm turning 16 on Wednesday and I am planning on getting my license but I'm not sure if it would be okay if my brother in law took me in the state of Texas. I live with my sister and him but they are not my legal guardian. My mom passed away last year and my dad lives far away.. But my dad did sign a paper saying that my sister and her husband could take me to get medical care and all that. I'm not sure if they will care or not? He is 39 years old.
