What would happen if i got into a fight at school?
well bad things.. you aren't even considering the fact that HE could put YOU in the hospital.. secondly, if you happened to win (you never win a fight, even if you come out ahead), there are many consequences that could happen. Expulsion, Court, Suspension, Civil law suit, among other things.. then there is the possibility that dude comes back with his friends and whoops the crap out of you. . You are young and I understand how hard it is to think things through but trust me, think it through first, all the scenarios.. Going to the principle is by far the smartest thing I ever did in Jr High and I didn't learn that lesson til after quite a bit of fights between three kids at my school, sometimes all at once, yeah sometimes i won if it was one on one, others i lost even one on one and some got broke up before any damage was done, you never know what can happen in a fight, what if your winning, but he manages to trip you into the lockers or a water fountain and cuts your head open like a fountain, ever consider that? just go to the principle and take care of it before bad things happen.

So I'm from L.A. I just moved to Florida at my freshman year and there's a another kid that's a sophomore that thinks he's the ****. He's really immature and talks crap all day long. I have the same bus as him and we live close by. He disrespects a lot of people around him like talking **** to the bus driver and cussing to the girls that were talking to me. I'm a relaxed guy but if somehow i get aggressive around him and he throws the first punch will he get into trouble or will I? what kind of trouble will I get into?. A description of this guy is that he's a little bit shorter than me like 5-6 and he keeps bragging about how athletic he is but he looks like those people that hates exercising and plays video games all day long. I mean i don't really think he can beat me i once ripped a kid's lip and he went to the hospital to get stitches in 8th grade when he wanted to fight me and i defended myself. Will I get into massive trouble because I'm also in my school's football team. I heard this guy has been also disrespecting my teammates. I really want to kick his *** because i know he really deserves it but i know i can't just fight back.

If I were to fight on a school bus I 'd be kicking some azz, then taken numbers. But you would be disciplined to the same or worse extent as if you fought in school. The school bus is still considered being at school and you are expected to behave accordingly. The school department is responsible for you while you are on the school bus. Plus they don't like fighting on the bus because the commotion may cause the bus driver to lose concentration, possibly get into an accident and injure others. There also could be legal issue and participants could possibly be charged with battery or assault. When I was is school, a kid stabbed another kid in the chest with a bowie knife. He stumbled off of the bus and died right there and then. The police tried to press charges against the kid with the knife, but the dead had attacked him with a deadly weapon first. So the kid with the knife only got charged with having a weapon on a school bus and maybe something else. But he didn't get into much trouble.

At my school, you'll both face suspension if it's an actual fight. If you just beat the crap out of her, and she doesn't retaliate, you'll be the one in hot water. Although, she might get into trouble too, because she's been talking crap. Just report it to the teachers. It sounds like a sissy thing to do, but once there was a guy giving me crap, I let it go until he ended up throwing a stick at me, which hit me just below the eye. It happen to everybody while in HIGH SCHOOL. It happen to me also in my freshman year in high school when a guy told me he want to fight with me outside of the school so I did follow his wishes. With a friend of mine and his friends watching. We square off in the grass and I waited for him to throw the first punch but he didn't. He just love to intimidate people so nothing happen I get home and he left. From that time on nothing ever happen to us anymore. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO BE A MAN. Well the saying goes anyway. This dude will not stop until he smash your face in the gutter. And you also want to kick his a-s-s. If he is fat then you can out maneuver him while dancing your way to his face with a jab. But the problem if you severely hit him and was hospitalized. The school will expelled you and the parents of that guy will file a criminal charges against you. MUCH better you tell the school counselor about the behavior of this guy and ask for an advice on what to do before anything explode into the school and to your career in high school. YOUR L IFE DEPENDS ON YOUR HIGH SCHOOL YEARS, you either throw it away or live by the rule of the school. It is up to you really. So choose wisely.
