What Happens To My Itunes Purchases If Apple Goes Bankrupt

What happens to my streaming video purchases if Apple/Amazon/(Other) goes out of business?

In many cases you do not own the media anyway. Even when you buy it, you generally are buying the right to repeatedly view or listen to the media. If the source of the media goes away you are out of luck. But hasn't that always been the case? Each time a medium grows old and dies off we all end up buying the media again on the new medium of stay stuck in the past. And most physical media eventually wears our or breaks down.Loke over the last 40 years: 8 track tapes, laser disks, cassettes, reel to reel, beta max, VHS-C, DAT, Syquest, and various other forms of media have come and gone. CD's are diminishing, DVD's are still being sold but not so much and it's hard to find a VHS or DVD only player. Blue Ray will be replaced in a few years too.Digital online media is the same way. For example as an early adopter of the internet before there was an interest I have had to change email addresses a dozen times as company shave come and gone, lost online storage, and other subscriptions and media formats as the companies die off or change directions. This is simply the nature of media. Little is longer lasting than physical books, celuloid film, and vinyl records.

Apple Music on iTunes?

Hey all,

So I subscribed to Apple Music on my iPhone and downloaded a bunch of songs. After going on iTunes I realized that it does not automatically sync like Spotify... Or am I missing something? How do I get all the music I have on my iPhone onto my PC?

Thanks!

What happens if my computer breaks do i lose my itunes?

you lose itunes if : (1) you uninstall it (2) you reformat your hard drive (3) your hard drive has a catastrophic crash

You should back up your critical files (which would include music) to CD/DVD/Memory Stick/external hard drive anyway. You never know when your computer might crash and cause you to lose everything.
