What Hardware Do I Need To Run Battlefield 4 At High Or Almost Ultra

What PC specs would I need to run Battlefield 1 at max settings?

As with any game, you can’t answer this type of question without knowing what resolution you plan to play it at.If it is 1920x1080 a video card from the last generation of cards will suffice. If you want to play it at 2560x1440 resolution or at 4K resolutions, I would suggest investing in a GTX 1080.Read this recent review of a Asus GTX 1080, for more detail: ASUS Strix GTX 1080 is a BEAST – Building a Gaming PC

Do Federal Government workers have Appeal rights on all levels under US code?

Depending on your situation you may be guaranteed Due Process

Whether state action against an individual was a deprivation of life, liberty or property was initially resolved by a distinction between “rights” and “privileges.” Process was due if rights were involved, but the state could act as it pleased in relation to privileges. But as modern society developed, it became harder to tell the two apart. Was a driver’s license a “right” or a “privilege”? How about a government job? Enrolment on welfare? An initial reaction to the increasing dependence of citizens on their government was to look at the seriousness of the impact of government action on an individual, without asking, as such, about the nature of the relationship affected. Process was due before the government could take an action that affected a citizen in a grave way.

Will a GTX 1070 8GB run games at 1080p Ultra?

A GTX 1070 is the perfect graphics card for modern day gaming. Almost every game you play released to this date will run at 1080p Ultra, unless very poorly optimised. If anything i would say that a GTX 1070 would be overkill for 1080p.As you can see the 1070 is easily blasting over 100fps on Battlefield 4.The only problem i can see with your system running games at 1080p would be the CPU. I would recommend an i7 or high end i5. If so you could push your system for 1440p gaming.

Is an intel core i3 good for high gaming?

Not really. Spend a little more for a Core i5, it's worth it for cutting-edge titles.

A 2nd/3rd generation Core i3 can play high-end games smoothly on high settings, but not ultra. On ultra/max detail settings, more work is offloaded to the CPU and the i3 starts to struggle. So you can't really take full advantage of the GTX 660 (which is capable of playing games like BF3 on ultra settings)

The Core i3 also isn't quite strong enough to handle multiplayer online mode in BF3, although it's fine for the single-player campaign.

Now for less demanding games like WoW, Diablo III, Skyrim etc the Core i3 is fine.

@Tiny the GTX 660 is better than a Radeon HD 7850, about dead-even with the 7870.

do you think a laptop with a GTX1060 will be able to run games on ultra for the next few years?

One of the most noticeable differences in the Pascal based graphics cards being produced by Nvidia is that there is no “M” designation for this GPU. Meaning, Nvidia has managed to deliver desktop level performance from a mobile solution. While this doesn’t take into account overclocking or exotic cooling solutions, stock vs. stock the mobile chip performs on par with its desktop counterpart. With that being said, how well the GTX 1060 will fare in the future can be determined by how well it does today:According to Notebook Test, Laptop Test und News and depending on the benchmark, the GTX 1060 is about as powerful as a desktop GTX 980 (9% to 21% slower). That places it firmly in the high end GPU class, though it still trails behind it’s more powerful siblings, the GTX 1070 and 1080. Currently, it will handle all games available today on ULTRA presets at 1080p resolution. It meets recommendations as a VR ready but does not manage 4K resolutions as well as a the more powerful GTX cards. In terms of how long it will last in the market, look at the development of the GTX600 through 900 cards. In one year Nvidia leapt from the GTX700 series to the 900 series creating obsolescence at each jump. The Pascal architecture cards are a departure in that Nvidia has finally merged desktop and mobile technology branches coupled with the the size of production (16nm) leads me to believe growth may slow over the next year or so. In other words, I wouldn’t expect Nvidia to release another killer card in the near future. I think investing in a 1060 will give you a laptop that will be on the top of the pile for at least the next 3 to 5 years, maybe longer depending on your taste in gaming. Granted, towards the end of that cycle I would expect not being able to play with all the sliders pegged on ULTRA, but you’ll still have a very respectable experience.

Is this a good rig, if I want to play Skyrim Special Edition/GTA V/Battlefield 1 at maxed out graphics and still get a constant 60+ fps? What should I change about it as I'm new to building computers?

Graphics card - very good, will run most on High/ Ultra settings - +4 year redundancySSD - good size. Make sure you only install Windows on this + essential games that require FPS fidelityMemory 16GB - tbh I’d go 32GB if you can afford it. I bought 16GB 2 years ago and I need to upgrade after my next processori5 Quad core - you’ll only ever need a i5 for gaming. Quad core, good speed, good choice !55W power - is this enough for your rig ? I have a G-Force 1070 XTREME and needed to upgrade to 80W powerAs a bonus, if you are playing Skyrim SE, learn to mod !Don’t use the in game mods ;join Nexus Mods (free).Download their installer.Make a mod folder.Install ONLY Skyrim SE mods from Nexus into the folder.Extract them into their own sub-folders.Run Nexus Mod Manager.Install mods one by one checking they work. This will REVOLUTIONISE your Skyrim experience. I am happy to lend an ear if you need help/ advice.Don’t forget Steam sales (21st June When is the next Steam Sale )!Good luck !

Dell Inspiron 660 good enough for gaming? Specs are in the post.?

Is the Dell 660 good enough for gaming? These are the games I want to play on the new PC I am going to buy:
- DayZ
- Minecraft
- Battlefield 3
- Assassin's Creed 3
- Crysis 3
- The Elder Scrolls: Online

These are the main specs of the computer:
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-3330 processor (3,00 GHz, 6 MB cache)
Memory (RAM): 8GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz
Graphic Card: NVIDIA® GeForce GT 640 (1GB)
Hard Drive: 2 TB SATA-hard drive (7200 rpm)

On what settings would I be able to play the games and how many FPS would I get on those settings with and without Fraps? Please reply something like this example:
DayZ, Medium 60 FPS, High 50 FPS, Ultra 20 FPS
BattleField 3, Medium 50 FPS, High 40 FPS
etc.

I know that for Crysis 3 you need a very good graphic card so I'm not sure if this PC can even run that game at all, but please post what you think it will run on. (I know some games aren't released yet, but I will be playing them when they are)
Thanks.
