What Id Would I Get Away With

What are the chances that I can use my sisters ID & get away with it?

Go for it if you look enough like your sister. I used to do it with a cousin's ID that I looked just like. And she was even like 6 inches taller than me. The worst they can do at the door is say "I don't think so." and send you back on your way. They might take the ID also so just in case make sure you can buy her a new one. I'm 19 also so I know what you mean. I live in Illinois and you have to be 19 to get in some bars here, so I did it when I was 18.

Would I get away with using my brothers ID to get into clubs?

I do have permission from my brother before I start, so it's not identity theft!
My friends have all turned 18 and I'm the young one, at 17, 18 in August, all my friends are going out all the time and I wanna join in!!! My brother turned 20 in October but doesn't really look it. Im not an old looking person but me and my brother look really alike (apart from different hair styles, mines flat and his is spiky). It has been said that we look like 'twins'... Despite the rather large age gap is it possible that I would get away with it? Are bouncers really picky on how alike the picture is?
My friend used someones ID who looked nothing at all like her and got away with it, but will the same apply to me? As I have heard girls get away with ID easier than boys...
If you don't think I'd get away with it do you have any other suggestions? (preferably not cocky ones such as, why don't you wait 7 months etc) How reliable is fake ID?
And any ideas what punishment I could face for using either my brothers ID or a fake one?

I cant post a picture on here of us both but if you want to help me can you leave your email address and I'll email you a picture!
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

If you had to run away with only 200$ worth of things what would you bring?

Two knives, a gun and ammo, a water bottle with a many-use high-quality water filter, extra glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses and a little glasses tool kit with spare parts; super glue; duct tape; electrical tape (higher quality); info - digital if possible: phone numbers personal and resource kind; road and topographical maps; my favorite books I've read (again, this would be on flash drives, I'm not carrying books when I am running away, except a very small version of the Bible) and my favorite You-Tubed presentations on various topics, including survival-related; music, in the same way; a few family and personal photos; my will and info on "If You find Me and I'm Not Alive," a deck of cards; small camera with taping ability if possible and an RF lens cover for one of my two flashlights. Flashlights - both high powered, one small, one medium sized; wool/silk/cotton-poly blend high quality socks, short and long; wool/silk long underwear; good pair of hiking boots; wool hat; wool-felt hat; warm gloves (how warm depends on season); pair of brand new tennis; foot care kit with moleskin; sunscreen (lots); boxer shorts; long pair wool trousers and belt (again, clothing depends on where you are going and what you will be doing, I'm writing this like I would be living in a drainage ditch out of sight for a while); shorts; raingear; umbrella; parachord; nylon strapdowns; matches and lighter; journal to write in and pens/pencils; toilet paper; sleeping bag/ensolite pad; tent/fly/ground cover and stakes; one-burner stove and three small cans of fuel for it; high quality ready made food for a week and if I am leaving in a car, other food. Sewing kit; first aid kit; what have I left out? Oh, a pot a pan a lid and pot grippers.  I'm an old NOLS girl, what can I say?  A compass or two. Binoculars; the RF lens will take care of night vision, but if I got rich and techie, I could bring real night vision glasses. Maybe my flute.

Could I get away with violating this apartment rule?

My apartment complex, like many, will not rent to a convicted felon. But my complex also has the same rule for overnight guests, no convicted felons. And this rule is in the lease.

My girlfriend has a felony from ten years ago when she was 19, she became addicted to painkillers and she was caught selling to her friends, but shes been clean and law abiding ever since.

I asked the property manager when I signed the lease, and I was told that she can visit during the day, but she cannot spend the night, and must be gone between the hours of midnight and 6am.

Incidentally, the hours of midnight and 6am are also the hours when the tow truck comes through and tows any vehicle without a residents sticker, or an overnight guest pass on display

I have a guest pass for every month of the year, good for up to 5 days in any given month. You circle the night or nights it is being used for, display it on the guests vehicle, and the five days do not have to be in a row

Suppose she spent 5 nights per month with me anyway?

The way I see it, in order to get caught, the tow truck driver would have too...

1. Knock on the door of every residence with a car showing a guest pass in the middle of the night (these are townhouse apartments, enter your unit directly from outside, and over 700 homes in the community)

2. Check the guest's ID

3. Run an instant checkmate background check on the guests name and report it to office in the morning

As that wouldnt be the case, how would I be caught?

Is it easy to get away with underage drinking at 18 on a Carnival cruise?

So, I'm thinking about going on a cruise with myself and two other friends. One of them is 22, the other is 18 and I'm 18. This will be my first ever cruise, so I want to make it memorable and have a few drinks. Not get wasted because I obviously want to enjoy myself, but you know, maybe some days get a little tipsy.

Anyways, I currently live in Georgia and we'd be going on a cruise from New Olreans to the Carribean on the dream ship. And I was wondering if anyone has ever been on this ship or with Carnival have any experience with the underage drinking factor.

For example, how likely would I be to get caught walking around the cruise ship with a beer in my hand? I've been told I look 21+ and I have never been ID'd when buying rellos or cigarettes at a gas station, although alcohol is a completely different and more severe thing.

Let's say I was to be caught with a beer in my hand and they asked me for ID, and they found out I was underage, what would the most likely consequence be and what would a severe consequence be?

More than likely, I would probably just wait to drink when we dock at certain countries where the drinking age is 18 therefore I can have a few drinks legally. Obviously that would be the smartest thing to do.

Would it be easy to get away with underage gambling in Vegas?

It depends how you look, but in the mainstream (strip casinos)..no it's not easy at all. especially if you're going to wear a hat and sunglasses (that calls for more attention)..not to mention they may not allow the sunglasses just cus of their own security reasons. Dressing up never hurts (it does make you look older). Anyway, everytime i've walked to a table (i'm 24) they've carded me AND my friends behind me. Pretty much if you look under 30..they are going to card you at EVERY table..unless of course it's like 4 am or 6 am just a little quieter..they might not care at that point..but again smaller casinos.

As for ordering drinks, you may get away with that more often, but honestly..it's easier to sit at a slot machine..and wait for a waitress to take your drink order (she'll never card you...almost never..just tip her nicely when u get ut drink). And again sitting at slots is easier to get away with..but again...you may have to keep rotating. Anyway I don't want to promote this, but that's how it could be done..however...you'll probably get caught..and be told to leave....and of course if you suddenly win a jackpot..they'll check ur id..and then how much would that suck that you couldn't collect those winnings because you were illegally gambling.
