Since you want to know only among BSNL, Docomo and Aircel, it is going to be a little tough to answer. But here is the thing:BSNL - Network coverage is great. Its available even in rural areas. And 3G speed is good, but nothing compared to Airtel & Vodafone obviously. Most reliable since they have good infrastructureAircel - You lose network connectivity at some places. But the good thing is the speed is very good, and its available for the least price. Also they keep showering you with freebies every now and then. So it might come in handy. Docomo - Very inconsistent. The network spikes up and down, and it might become very frustrating. They have limited 3G towers in Bangalore. But when the network connectivity is good, the speed is also good. So the least reliable one.My suggestion is to go for Aircel, they are pretty dependent when it comes to 3G. Go for it depending on the connectivity in your locality. If you want a reliable connection without any network issues, go for BSNL, but their 3G speeds are slightly lower compared to Aircel.

You can try anything except Airtel.It actually scuks. I took Airtel postpaid plan. I stay at Jayadeva hospital/BTM (Very close to Airtel main office)Results:Call: Quality is so poor that you can not understand anything (Mostly in evening and you are not gonna wait for early hour of a day).If you are talking for 20+ minute in evening and you haven't got a call drop than believe me, you have forgot to dial from your airtel number.SMS: I don't care, do you?Data: I took 4G and I challenge Airtel girl to open Uber app with Airtel 4G near their Airtel head office in Bangalore.It can't open most of website(Without their app).Airtel 4G is so poor that I have tried in many areas and cities(Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi, Jaipur, Pune) and it never able to just open uber app.So it is highly unreliable.Overall, Airtel 4g cant do anything except whatsapp and facebook(if you have app).Remember, you are paying highest in comparison for such stupid service.I am so frustrated that I am writing it and waiting to finish my 3 months to port.
