How old do you have to be to buy clothes in Forever21?
Any body that can pretty much handle money with out having the cashier rip them off can buy clothes... So yes an 11 year old can buy clothes @ forever21. Yes it is mainly a teenage place but little kids want cute clothes as well. My 9 year cousin just went there and spent like $100 on back to school clothes... So don't let anyone tell you they should just buy leggings. Use your money the way you want to use it....

Where to buy Rubbish clothing?!?
Okay, so there's a clothing brand called Rubbish... I was recently at Brass Plum(the juniors section), in Nordstrom, and bought a blue/green fitted thermal shirt..I need to find thesame shirt in gray. I tried the Rubbish website, and it doesn't work on my computer...I tried the Nordstrom website, and they don't have it...help? And, are there any other good fitted gray thermals?
