How much weight can you lose using a diuretic weight loss pill?
They will help only very short term, actually it only ends up being 3 0r 4 temporary pounds....then you will gain back double the amount you lost....then have an even harder time losing that new amount. Diuretics are NOT good pills to take, dehydration is a nasty thing to do to yourself. Unless you want to look skinny in your coffin that is.

Using a diuretic to lose water weight before a vacation?
i have no idea but i would like to know as well :) a diuertic is different from a laxative right? because ive taken laxative tea and pills before i went to bed once (i knwo i know theyre horrible for you) but it worked .. do it at night because it causes bad cramps and then in the morning make sure u dont have to go anwyehere for a few hours .... kind of gross and it doesnt work as a diuertic i guess .. cuz diuertics are meant to get rid of water?? ... lol i think i confused myself pretty well
