Can anyone give me a good exercise routine?

I am and always was in very good shape. I follow this now -This is athletical body building :You can follow UFC light weight fighter Jose Aldo's training and diet. This is Jose Aldo -If you are an Indian reader and wondering how someone like Hardik Pandya (as skinny as you can imagine) hit the ball so big, then just look at Hardik Pandya's body similarity with José Aldo. Don't they look very similar? Only a cricket follower or an Indian will realize what I am exactly saying. If you want to be someone like Aldo then diet is very important, in fact in some cases more important than what you are doing in gym. So I am giving the diet that Aldo follows (remember what works for him may not work for you perfectly because every person's requirement and metabolism is different and diet should be according to that, so this is a good example to follow and as you know more about your body, you can decide what works best for you or you can consult with a dietician, you can choose not to follow this)Breakfast at 8.30am: 2 pieces of toast and a cup of coffee with milk.At 10.30am: half of a cereal bar.At 2pm: lunch is salad, chicken or fish.At 6pm: other half of cereal bar.At 9pm: salad with chicken or fish.Goes to bed at 11pm.Work out :12 burpees with medicine ball.2. 12 pull up3. 12 body excess weight shoulder press4. 12 reverse rows.5. 12 single leg squats (each and every leg).6. 20 push up.7. 30 seconds planks (elbows).8. 30 seconds planks (top of the push up placement).9. Three 10 seconds sprints with 32 seconds rest in between.Other than the 9th one, every workout has to be done without the rest. Total 9 workouts are called 1st circuit. Relaxation for 1 minute and then repeat the next circuit other than only doing 11 reps for the 1st five physical workouts.Give the MMA workout program a try out and see if you can beat Jose Aldo's time of significantly less than 35 minutes. Good luck. This is how basically an athlete trains himself in gym.

What is a good exercise routine for a sahm with limited time??

Take the kids on a walk in thr stroller and add an uphill route if possible! Try 30 min every day!

What's a good workout routine to do at the gym?

Good on you for getting ready for summer!

I'll write up a quick routine that takes into account your age.

On days that you do not go to the gym, try to walk for at least 30 minutes. This can be simply walking to and from school.

On the days you do go to the gym, say three times a week, you could do this workout.

Warm up - spend 5 minutes doing whatever warm up you like, running, skipping, anything that will get your muscles warm.

Once you have warmed up, find a nice open space to do some body weight work.

Then do this circuit 3 times, with a 30 second rest in between each set.

Squats x 10
Split Squats x 10 (each leg)
Jumping Lunge x 10
Rest 1 minute

Then head into the weights room. It might seem a bit strange to be using weights to lose weight, but it is a great way.

Find a bench and get a set of light dumbbells, and complete this circuit twice.

Dumbbell Chest Press x 15
Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 12
Dumbbell Bicep Curl x 15
Rest 1 minute.

Next is the cardio.

Spend 5 minutes on the bike, then the rowing machine, then the treadmill.

While on the bike, set it at a medium level. Ride as fast as you can for 20 seconds, then slowly for 40 seconds. Do this 5 times and move onto the rowing machine.

Set the rower on a medium high setting. Row as fast as you can for 15 seconds, and then slowly for 45 seconds. Do this 5 times, and move onto the treadmill.

Run at a fast pace for 2 minutes, then walk for a minute and then run for another 2 minutes.

Now find a place to do some sit ups.

Swiss Ball crunches x 16
Reverse Crunches x 12
Plank x 30 seconds

You're done! Cool down by spending 2 minutes lightly walking on the elliptical or treadmill, then spend a good 5 minutes stretching properly. You will feel a lot better if you stretch!

The whole routine should only take an hour, but you should be fair tired after!!

If you don't know any of the exercises I've mentioned look them up in youtube or something.

Best of luck.

Home exercise routine...?

I want to lose some thigh fat and belly fat.

What exercises can i do to lose that? I started doing jumping jacks, but i can only pretty much do that for 30 seconds until i get really tired. What other things can i include in my routine? I have stairs in my house, so i was thinking maybe like 30 seconds of jumping jacks and then run up and down the stairs like 5 times (<---that's the best i can do right now ):) ?

And everyday add like 10 seconds to the jumping jacks and 2 times to stairs???

Does that sound good? And then after, i can do some belly and thigh exercises.

Does that sound like a good routine? I mean, will that make me lose weight? I dont know i just need some routine to follow because everyday im like "im gonna go exercise now" and once im done doing the jumping jacks, i waste time wondering what type of a workout i should do now.

Im 15, what is a good workout routine for me to get BIG?

Hey guys, im 15 & a half years old. I currently am about 5'7 1/2 and 130lbs. im about average built for my age i think so. i don't play any sports because of a head inerjury but that doesn't keep me from working out now.
i just recently joined a new gym with down the street and plan on going there every day after school.
I wanna get pretty big (6 pack, tricepts, pecks, bicepts) the whole 9 yards. i've been to the gym i just joined twice and im not really sure what a good routine is for me so i look pretty dumb just standing there trying to do everything. i just need a set of what to do..the gym basically has everything i normal gym would have. alot of the basic machines, tons of free weights, bar, bench, leg, abbs, ect.
I'd also like to know some strecthces? so i don't pull anything.
& maybe some advice on some drinks or maybe even pills i could take? ( i know its bad but still)
but thanks for taking your time to read this guys. hope you can help!
