Is this a good amount of clothes for Freshman year?(Scene/Emo styled)?
since you didn't really tell us the style of your clothes I can't help you out too much. But I have 5 pairs of shorts so I can show off my legs towards the end of school, lots of different styles of shirts (halters, t-shirts, tank-tops, etc) in a bunch of different styles. Since you're looking for the emo style, you probably won't have that many colors to choose from, but you shuld still have some extras just incase. Get atleast 2 new pairs of shoes that are stylish and up to date. Get nothing from skechers or adidas or anything like that. They don't have to be expensive, I mean a $12 pair of flip-flops is fine, but they shuld be from aeropostale or american eagle or even kohls. You should have atleast 1 mini skirt. I don't care if you like them or not, get one. Also get a pair of capris. You need 2 pairs of skinny jeans and 1 pair of flare/ boot cut jeans. Hoodies look great with jeans, and shorts as long as the hoodie isn't longer than them. Tight shirts and shorts go good together, but extremely loose shirts or fancy shirts do not. flip flops look good with shorts and capris, but with jeans it looks kinda nerdy. NEVER wear socks and flip-flops together. Loose shirts can go good with shorts (depending on how loose they are) and look good with flared or boot cut jeans. Tight shirts go good with skinny jeans. Try not to become a walking advertisement. At the stores you shop at I don't think you have to worry, but wearing shirts with the company logos all the time doesn't look good. I've never really been into a Forever 21 because they're not popular here, but I've been to the other 3. Hot Topic is obviously a good place for your style, but don't buy too many clothes from there or you will go from emo to goth in a day. Wet Seal is amazing because it has so many choices but they are expensive. I would personally recommend going to aeropostale, american eagle, and love culture if they're popular where you are. Also DEB is a good store for clothes even though they're mainly known as a dress store. FYI I'm not a preppy girl, I just kinda dress normal, I guess, but if you want to survive freshman year, you need my advice. I hope I helped. I tried to give as much info as I could.
What should I (high school freshman boy) wear to school?
Dress comfortably.Meaning dress what you typically wear. Perhaps a bit nicer than usual since it’s the first day. But overall, don’t wear clothes that you wouldn’t typically wear. First impression makes lasting impression.If jeans isn’t your style, then don’t wear it. Go for what you would wear for the remainder of the school year. Just be yourself and speak your own fashion through your clothes. Best thing you want to be is to stay comfortable and be comfortable!
High School Freshman Orientation Outfits?
on the first day, i think you should wear like a babydoll top with a cardigan.dark wash denim and flats would pull the whole outfit together. maybe even throw in a simple necklace. the next day you could wear a black and white graphic top and add a colorful necklace. denim shorts maybe? i think your hairstyle is a good choice. and dont worry about highschool. everyone there is prabably just as worried as you are. i suggest getting to know everyone at the orientation that way you wouldnt be so nervous on the 1st day.

Should a highschool freshman wear make up?
Hey, I'm 14 and I'm going to be a freshman next year. A lot of girls in 8th grade right now wear makeup and on days that want to look "natural" they only put on eyeliner and mascara. I've never been into makeup unless it was halloween and I wanted to look like a zombie or something.xD A lot of people see this as kiddish, but I've never really let it get to me until now. I don't want to be picked on just because I choose to go natural. Do you think it would matter? And do any girls out there choose to not wear makeup? Thank you!

You should probably talk to others at your school because somethings are different at each highschool, my highschool was relatively normal, I think, I think what would have been "normal" for a younger girl going to our prom would have been dressing a little plainer and a little less formal. I mean, it's not your prom, and your time will come. If your highschool is anything like mine, some girls take prom very seriously (don't ask me why). Regardless, it would probably be a good idea not to over shadow them fashion wise. Look nice, just don't steal the show. I nice shorter dress, maybe one you could wear the next year to the school's semi formal or something. I mean, it's your decision, and the girls there will be leaving next year, so it doesn't really matter if you upset them, haha, but I would probably take their feelings into consideration, at least a little bit.
