We are thinking about having the theme of the school dance be space but we already had a dance called the jungle rave whats another way we could title it to sound cool Like Space ______ because with a space theme you could do a lot of cool light tricks and we already have some tech kids working out the specs we just need to get the rest of the school on board with the theme
Why do people want to win pageants?
Actually it's a nice question ,generally asked in auditions.My answer to this would be ,that ,these peagents give a girl,or even a boy, a platform to represent themselves and express what they feel. They can keep their opinion in front of more number of people ,and if they want to change something in this world, these peagents are one of the best option . We can emphasis more on any social evil in society being in a peagent, and can also work for it .Secondly ,all the peagents ,help a person to improve their personality and the way they show themselves to the World.Thirdly, through these peagents , I'll have an opportunity to be called as India,if I fortunately win it . I would be able to show the culture and beauty of our country with other girls worldwide .And also, peagents give a person , nationally or internationally recognizable personality ,which means the most .

What do beauty pageants teach our children?
Ok, I'll admit it...I competed in a beauty pageant. It was my county pageant. The first step to the Miss America pageant. Yeah, I lost. Big whoop. But the girl who won went on to be in the top 10 of Miss America that year. Here's what I learned from my experience and what I think children, especially girls, are being taught through these pageants.No matter how good you look, it's not good enough. Guess what you will find in every pageant dressing room other than hairspray: Duct tape and grip spray. If you don't know what grip spray is it's this: Football players use it to grip the ball better.What the hell are these used for you may ask? Well, the duct tape is to tape up your boobs. You bend over and tape your boobs in position that way. So they are all perky in your outfits. I had a rash for a week after that. And duct tape hurts coming off! The grip spray is sprayed on your ass to keep your swimsuit from riding up.You need to sell yourself to competeMaybe it's only the Miss America pageant, maybe it was only my county, but we were expected as contestants to sell advertising space in the program. So you had to hit the pavement, hit up local businesses and get them to sign on for ad space. Not something I expected when I entered the pageant.Women can be meaner and cattier than you ever thought possibleOh yeah, it's cliquish even in such a small competition. Everyone picks every single thing apart that you do. I know there have been news stories about how horrible pageant contestants can be because they want to win. What are the rules to participate in the Miss India pageant?
I’m aware of the following rules ! If you are planning to be a next Miss India, All the best!1 Girl should be inhabitant of India.2 Between 18 years – 25years– Height 5.6″ & above. Have to present proof of age, for that there are different options, like a valid passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate or driver’s license.3 She should not be married, pregnant or a parent.4 She or her immediate family should not be related to any person employed by the Organisers or Sponsors (a detailed list is given below the form, under Terms and Conditions).5 She should be a natural-born female and not had a sex change.6 She should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.7 Once she is shortlisted, she cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant.8 She should not have participated before and won a title in this pageant in any year.
When you look at yourself in the mirror, what do you see?
I see my raw self. I see exactly who I am as I stare in my eyes - the imperfect me, the happy me, the sad me, the strong me. And I see how far I've come from where I started.There have been times where I've seen a broken girl in that mirror, ashamed of looking in her own eyes. But I dared and looked anyway, motivating myself to go and be who I wanted to be. Today, I'm much closer to the person I want to be. I lose track sometimes, get distracted, but I always return to the right path, walking towards my destination.To me, the mirror never lies. I don't let it.
