Most of the world's annual wealth. According to the Federal Reserve's most recent Flow of Funds report, the total values of real estates owned by:Households and NFPs: $23.151 trillionBusinesses: $20.941 trillionAnd as for the 628.8 million acres of land held by the Federal government (estimated by the Congressional Research Service), prices could range from $500/acre to $3,000. Going with the maximum, because you'll be buying the US at a premium, we get  $1.886 trillion. The 3.35 billion square feet of Federal property are also subject to wide variability in value. However, since the Federal government owns property everywhere, it's safe to make an estimate using the national, average commercial value of $24/square foot. That gives us an estimate of $80.4 billion, for a total real estate value of $1.966 trillion.Adding it all up, buying the land and properties of the US would cost $46.058 trillion.By way of comparison, the size of the global economy minus the US is somewhere in the neighborhood of $60 trillion.

Q: How much money is in the U.S.A?A: See the here below linked relevant web page of the US Federal Reserve:Money Stock and Debt Measures - H.6 ReleaseAs of the end of February of 2019:The M1 Supply was $ 3,759.4 Trillion andThe M2 Supply was $ 14,477.8 TrillionUS Federal Reserve Definition of M1 and M2:M1 consists of (1) currency outside the U.S. Treasury, Federal Reserve Banks, and the vaults of depository institutions; (2) traveler's checks of nonbank issuers; (3) demand deposits at commercial banks (excluding those amounts held by depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign banks and official institutions) less cash items in the process of collection and Federal Reserve float; and (4) other checkable deposits (OCDs), consisting of negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) and automatic transfer service (ATS) accounts at depository institutions, credit union share draft accounts, and demand deposits at thrift institutions. Seasonally adjusted M1 is constructed by summing currency, traveler's checks, demand deposits, and OCDs, each seasonally adjusted separately.M2 consists of M1 plus (1) savings deposits (including money market deposit accounts); (2) small-denomination time deposits (time deposits in amounts of less than $100,000), less individual retirement account (IRA) and Keogh balances at depository institutions; and (3) balances in retail money market mutual funds, less IRA and Keogh balances at money market mutual funds. Seasonally adjusted M2 is constructed by summing savings deposits, small-denomination time deposits, and retail money funds, each seasonally adjusted separately, and adding this result to seasonally adjusted M1.General Definition of M0, M1, M2, M3, M4Different measures of money supply. Not all of them are widely used and the exact classifications depend on the country. M0 and M1, also called narrow money, normally include coins and notes in circulation and other money equivalents that are easily convertible into cash. M2 includes M1 plus short-term time deposits in banks and 24-hour money market funds. M3 includes M2 plus longer-term time deposits and money market funds with more than 24-hour maturity. The exact definitions of the three measures depend on the country. M4 includes M3 plus other deposits. The term broad money is used to describe M2, M3 or M4, depending on the local practice.

Usually there are no problems about nationality or religion. Some people can be a bit rude towards Americans, not much different from what happens in many European countries. United States is always doing controversial things, so it is natural that many people around the world look at Americans with some doubts.About Jewish people, I have never seen or heard about any trouble. Kazakhstan is quite tolerant with religion, so usually people don’t care about which religion you follow. There is a sizable Jewish community in Kazakhstan, and they are well respected by everyone. One important thing to note is that, yes, most of people in Kazakhstan are Muslims. But most of them are not like the Muslims you see in Arab countries. Most of Muslims in Kazakhstan are not religious, they just follow some points of the Muslim traditions. So, when you get in Kazakhstan, you can see people drinking alcohol, women wearing sexy clothes, things you would never see in Arab countries. It is a secular country.

Why do you love/hate fillers of anime series?

heh, looks like I'm late answering this Q.

1. Does it depend on the series?

>>Yes.

2. Is it good or bad to have fillers?

>>I'm rather impartial to them. So as long as there's a good mini-plot, I like them. And actually, it is good to have fillers once in a while.

3. Why do you think there are fillers?

>>Manga moves at a much slower pace than anime. So when an anime and manga are "dueling" at the same time, and anime plot is ready to surpass the manga plot, the anime structure includes "pit stops" where they can wait up for the manga plot to develope and get to the same area where the anime would be.
.......or so I've been told.

4. Is it bad to have too much or too little of fillers?

>>It's bad to have too much. It's usually with shounen that fillers are included, so when there are too much of those in a shounen anime, the younger fans lose their attention, the older fans do not agknowlege them, and the non-fans see no point in jumping into an anime that has such a bad rap for too many filler flaws.

5. What anime series has too much fillers?

>>Naruto
>>Bleach
>>Inuyasha
>>...I guess Kodocha
>>Hm...I guess Slayers had some, but they were more planned out and designated to be on the fifth and sixth volumes in the first place.
>>Dragon Ball

Those are the ones I've seen at least.

Q: Why do Americans say the U.S. dollar is used everywhere? I can’t use it in the U.K.A: The US dollar is used by banks everywhere as an international reference currency. That is, the national banks in countries around the world hold US dollars as “hard currency” to help stabilize exchange rates and as an investment.Incidentally, I have used US dollars as currency in London. At the time (2004?) I worked in London for a little over two weeks, and at one point ran out of pound notes, but still had US currency on me. I had no trouble getting merchants (including taxi drivers) to accept it at $2 USD for 1 GBP, which was a little generous, but pretty close to the exchange rate at the time.Of course, after a day or so I got around to going to an ATM and withdrawing more pound notes.

It's important to distinguish between nominal wages and real wages. If you are paid by the hour, you are paid a nominal wage, which is simply the amount of money that you earn per hour of labor. If you earn $20.00 per hour, your nominal wage is $20.00. However, the nominal wage really doesn't tell you what your purchasing power is because the nominal wage isn't adjusted for inflation, which is a rise in the general price level.Your real wage, on the other hand, takes inflation into account. An increase in real wages occurs when wages rise more quickly than inflation. On the other hand, if real wages rise more slowly than inflation, then your real wages - your purchasing power - has declined. It's important for you to know your real wage to determine if an increase in your wage is actually increasing your wealth, simply keeping pace with rising costs, or worse, falling behind rising prices. The formula to calculate a real wage is relatively simple. We can do it with the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is readily available online from the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics. The consumer price index is one of several indexes of consumer goods and services that keep track of changes in the price level. You can determine whether prices are rising or falling year over year by reviewing the numbers. You can use this formula, along with the CPI, to calculate real wages: Real Wage = (Old Wage * New CPI) / Old CPI

A quick look at the currency exchanges lists the Iranian Rial as 30,275.434732 to 1 USD, as of 12 April 2016. If you want an absolute look at the lowest value currency that is no longer in circulation, you'll have to look no further than Zimbabwe. When I was on deployment, I exchanged a 100 Trillion dollar (ZWD) for about $15 USD (purely to say I had the bill- it was worth no where near $15). In 2009, when I bought the bill, it was worth about 10^25 ZWD to 1 USD. Since then, the use of ZWD was abandoned later in April 2009.  Now the country uses the USD and Euro as currency in most transactions.
