Crunchyroll doesn't have any good anime it seems (well a few, I guess). But on the ipod it doesn't have Adobe Flash... you cant watch videos from other websites like anime websites. You can only use apps (crunchyroll is the only anime app) and youtube. And youtube sucks for watching videos longer than 10 minutes anyways. And you cant get Adobe Flash (or whatever its called) on your ipod, so you have to either watch and anime from crunchyroll or youtube, or use a computer. It sucks... but honestly, its a lot better on you computer anyways. A good anime site is animefreak.tv That's were I watch all my anime. Some other anime sites suck and don't ever work for me, but this one ALWAYS works :) and its fairly simple to use. Also has it in subbed AND dubbed! But the dubbed version on VK sucks! I found 4 solutions for watching anime on the ipod touch: 1. Download cruncyroll app in the app store. Theres a large selection of anime there that you can watch but you can't download. 2. Go on youtube and maybe you can find the anime your looking for. 3. Download an app called skyfire, it's an internet brower except that it allows you to watch flash videos so you can go straight to the anime site and watch it. 4. Go to the site anime4iphone.com on safari and you can just download or watch the anime that's there. All the anime are short 12-24 episodes long so theres no like naruto or bleach. Also if you have jailbroken your ipod then you can download iAnime from cydia and you can download and watch animes like naruto, bleach, one peice, inuyasha...stuff like that. Hope this helps

Before i say anything thanks for the request JuliaWell what i use to do was i would download the video on my computer then i would transfer it to the ipod. I personally believe its alot better that way n easier too. I honestly never really tried any other way than that. But if you do not have a computer then i suggest you try out Akiro Hurleys answer.
