A lot depends on how much muscle you have. If you are very fit and muscular your weight will increase as muscle weighs more than fat.

The best example I ever had was when I first got out of the Marines. I weighed 225 pounds at 5'10" and I was in amazing physical condition. I got a job as a network engineer where I worked with a guy who was also 5'10" and weighed 225 pounds. If you stood us next to each other you would never in a million years have guessed we weighed the same. He was fat to the point of folded over flesh and legs that rubbed together down to the kneecaps! In other words, the guy had almost no muscles. On the other hand, my body fat was around 8-9% and his, I would guess, was somewhere closer to 40% body fat.

So, if you have no muscles, your ideal weight might be what others listed...in the 115-125 range. However, if you work out a lot, run, etc etc....then you might be better served to weigh 125-135.
