Butt hurts after going to the beach help me plz !?
I was running alot at the beach but now my right side of the butt at the nottom hurts. I dont understand what happend please tell me how long does this pain last for. My bottom right side of a butt hurts a littel bit still but when i try to run it comes back again. Please help its been like this for 2 weeks. When I walk i have no pain but after i run for like 20 feet, my lower right butt cheek starts to hurt for a while. I dont think i broke my butt because i dont have a problem of sitting or walking. I really want to go back and skimboard but I keep having this annoying lowere right butt cheek pain.
