Is Quora losing its ethical values?
The site itself is only providing a platform to people from diverse background to air their views.Now it's up to people, how to use it. Yet what I have seen is tgat most of the people are in a rat rave to getore views and upvotes, so at times the answers do not meet the requirement of the question and it appears that they have just answered for the sake of answering.

According to the oxford dictionary value is: “The regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something.”Accordingly, a valuable thing is the one that is important, worthy or useful. Therefore, values are fundamental in our life and lie behind the all choices we make. There are many values govern the choices we make in our life, however lots of them have nothing to do with morality. Economic values for instance, are the ones lie behind the all choices we make in economy and have nothing to do with morality per se.Ethical values are the ones we make ethical choices based on them, or they are the kind of values that have to do with being good or doing the right thing.There are many ethical values. Justice, honesty, empathy, compassion, respect and responsibility are the most important ones.Ethical values have the most important role in our life. Imagine you have a house and you know that two month later, the value of your house will dramatically increase and it will be the best time to sell your house. But there is a problem. Your father is ill and has to have an emergency operation and you have no money. Economic value persuades you to don’t sell the house until two month later, but ethical values force you to sell the house as soon as possible. What do you choose: avoiding selling the house or saving your father?
How can a business convey its ethics and values to its employees, customers, and owners?
A business is its owners so the owners ethics should be the business' ethics. The customers and employees understand the business' ethics via its actions. You can list a code of ethics in the employee handbook but unless they are practiced by the higher ups it is meaningless.

Everything is directly or indirectly depends on ethics.1.If you have all the qualities and you do not have good ethics to respect and understand other emotions then will not be able to connect and enjoy the world.2.
