I’m my eyes, the definition of a “Good Human Being” is really something rare. And special.Good human beings are of course nice to people and generous, and such things. But good humans beings also get hurt…a lot. And you’ll know if you’re actually a good human because of how you react to people being bad to you.Being a good human is confirmed solely through that. Good human beings are very good at forgiving and also letting go. And good human being wishes harm upon no one, including themselves.And by that I mean they know how to forgive those who hurt them, even if they’re not sorry. But they also know that they need to let toxic people go. And good humans wish the best for anyone in their path…no matter how much damage they’ve done. What I’m trying to say is if you’re a good person, treat people well and hopefully they return the same to you.But if you act out in spite and seek revenge, or you let them continue to hurt you….then you are not a good person and you’re infact as toxic as they are.So the answer to your question is, always treat people well and with respect, but don’t let them take advantage of you either. Know when to acknowledge someone that they’re overstepping their boundaries.

Are human beings inherently good or evil?
Humans define what is good/evil, right/wrong etc. They are human concepts. Humans say to kill a fellow man is evil or wrong. But in nature this is just part of survival. We try to place ourselves above animals even though we are just hairless apes. If you took food and shelter away from a man, he will go to whatever means he can to gets those needs back. Some of the things he does for survival may be considered evil by society. But I don't put much stock in what society says, it is created by and to the advantage of rich people. Humans are wild by nature. If you consider the survival tactics evil , then yes, we are born evil. We are born with a desire to breath, eat, drink, seek shelter and reproduce. We will do whatever is required to satisfy our needs.

Scientific sources state that Humans and Chimps share about 98% of their DNA. We are basically animals, but we differ in 3 main aspects;1/ Self-mastery. Humans can control their desires and are driven by reason rather than emotions. Animals are driven by emotions, basically fear and aggression, and are completely controlled by their own desires and by the environment.2/ Creation of Values. Animals are curios but that’s all. They do not create anything of a value. A Value is what we feel as worthy and desirable; such as music, language, tools, art. The values that drive humanity are Goodness (Compassion), Beauty (art, music, shapes, mathematics) and creating usefulness or social Benefit - systems and products (tools and instruments).3/ Most importantly: human beings developed a strong sense of interconnectedness and sharing - rather than ego and seeking self-interest. Ego is basically animalistic. Interconnectedness, compassion and acknowledging bond with others - is the cause behind development of Humanity.Darwin says:“As man advances in civilization, and small tribes are united into larger communities, the simplest reason would tell each individual that he ought to extend his social instincts and sympathies to all members of the same nation, though personally unknown to him.
