Will I go heIl if I eat NON halal food?
Asalamualaikum Is it major or minor sin ? Wat is penalty for me eating McDonald’s, kfc, Burger King etc ? I heard god doesn’t accept prayer for like 3 months It’s true ?
What does it mean when food is halal certified?
Correct me if I am wrong, but I am assuming that you are not muslim and will answer assuming that you have no knowledge at all about what is halal and haram.Halal simply means lawful, while haram means unlawful or prohibited. Many muslims nowadays want to live according to tenets of the religion more precisely and are using greater access to knowledge of manufacturing in order to do that. Previously, many muslims didnt know that chocolate contains emulsifier which may be derived from pigs. (I assume that you know that any pork product is strictly forbidden to muslims as well as jews). Halal certification simply means that it has been checked by a recognized islamic authority to make sure that it doesn't contain any forbidden ingredient (it could anything from alcohol to emulsifier to animal fat from non islamicly slaughtered animals).Islamic certification is a quick and easy way to know that something has been checked and is o.k. for muslims to consume. But halal certification doesn't end with only food. In areas where large numbers of muslims live you will also find halal make-up etc. These items have also been similarly checked for not only forbidden ingredients but they also have to be animal cruelty free as Islam strictly forbids cruelty to animals.I hope this helps you in your understanding of what is meant by halal.
Why do soooo many muslims not eat halal food?
ask yourself why so many christians eat pork when clearly the bible forbids it.. even Jesus himself said "I came NOT to change the laws but uphold the laws of my forefathers".. so he didnt change one dot from the old testiment that forbid eating pork.. so to anwer your question. there are people of all walks of life, faiths, etc that just dont feel the need to follow fully what laws they have from God, they just dont take it seriously.. Shame though.. they will have to answer at some point.. If God says a meat is unclean, there has to be a reason, I would hate to think Ive eaten something for years to find out in future scientiest find some plague in that meat and we shouldnt have been eating it all along.. ewww!
Can i get stomach ache from eating halal food?
of course you can, doesnt mean if it says halal its 100% clean... i have heard that certain parts in Kelantan they say prayers and jampi the stall so that more people come and dine there, even though the food does not taste nice... and yes its halal !! you can see cats running on the table, rats at the kitchen as well, even if its a halal food stall ..

An Haram food would never be Halal even if we say bismillahi. _______________________________ However an Halal meat[animal meat] , which your unsure/unknown how it was been slaughtered would Halal , By saying Bismilah before eating it. Saheeh Al-Bukhari: "It is related by Aisha (raa) that a group of people said to the Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) 'Some people came to us with some meat about which we didn't know whether the name of Allah was mentioned over or not' and he replied (saaws) Sammoo [Say the name of Allah] over it yourselves and then eat. She [Aisha - raa] said that these people had just recently been from the Kuffaar [i.e. just became Muslim and the question was not asked as to the method of slaughter]. It is not permissible to eat the animals slaughtered by the disbelievers except for the People of the Book, from the Jews and the Christians. "Today the good things have been made lawful for you, and the food (slaughtered meat) of those who have been given the Book (i.e. Jews and Christians) is lawful for you, and your food (slaughtered meat) is lawful for them."
