That is effect of viral social expectation. Nobody wrote it but based on viral effect it just gets passed on from one to another. None of the specific community or the person has decided that, be it time today or back in time. Thing about that number is - men fancy it but they don't want their female to keep it for life. If they do then god bless their partners. I'm of opinion that this number isn't good for long term, considering the weight gain and health issues. In reality, I can't imagine both top-bottom measurement above 34 as a sign of healthy figure long term. Try and imagine life of models like Jana Defi, Denise Milani and Jorda carver. "Did you save yourself for marriage? " ~ I did not. My husband did. "Did you regret it or are you happy with that choice?" ~ I am happy with my choice. My husband is okay with his choice. My husband insisted we wait until we were married before we had sex. I was not happy with this but I didn't want to pressure him into sex. I don't like being pressured so why would I do that to someone else. Our wedding night was complete and total #$%^. The sex was so bad that my husband, the freshly deflowered virgin, said it sucked.
