We all need to know we are needed, belong and are accepted. "no man is an island" (feel good chemicals are released when we get affection) don't know why you don't want us to say that but it's true. Our body requires chemicals to function properly

The fat and protien from milk help you go to sleep. Its part of the embedded culture from times gone by, long before there was reduced fat milk and RBST and garbage like soy and rice milk. Back when people had farms, ate butter, and had milk and cookies as a tasty late-night snack.

Success is a big one. Many people don’t want to fail at being successful in life. That success could be to be a great friend, parent, lover, or many other things that could fill the blank called life craving.
What made you crave simplicity in your life?
Today's fake world made my belief stronger to crave for simplicity in life.I can give you thousands of reasons why I feel simplicity is the purest from all.I would like to share few instance which make you believe the same.Today we see lot of people sharing happy stories on social networking sites but when you sit for half an hour with them you will actually come to know how miserable their life is.what they are actually doing is just copying each other or running in a rat race of pretending happiest people on social networks.I am not criticising this act of children for their parents.But what I actually feel is feelings are expressed more and felt less now a days.long long posts are posted on b'day and anniversary for parents ,cake cutting, parties organised and even big gifts are gifted to let everybody know how Much they love their parents.All this is done to prove their love for parents to people on social networking instead making their parents feel their life love.A simple lunch with Parents without clicking pictures is far better to make them feel special.They don't need big celebrations they all need is pure love of yours.Little kids are so conscious about their looks just because their parents want them to look perfect in photographs so that they can post them .This thing has totally removed the innocence from the children they have forgot to be original They only know styles and swags.Everybody is a model now:-D you just go through everyone's profiles.I can't find any average looking person.all arePeople spend on clothes and mobile phones more than the basic needs.This show off has benefited garment market and mobile companies most.
Why do some people who crave attention push people away once they get it?
fear of rejection, if I push you away first then you cannot hurt me by what I believe will be your eventual and imminent abandonment of me. this behavior is usually found in persons with borderline personality disorder. these persons have an enormous and disabling fear of abandonment usually stemming from childhood (mostly) emotional and physical abandonment and /or negation by their parents or caregivers.
Why did I crave for success my entire life?
I am going to attempt to answer this question. I am not a psychologist or a psychiatrist.You may be a narcissist or you may be raised by one or two narcissists. Let me explain. Narcissists aim very high for others mainly because they are unable to or unwilling to see the pain and efforts put forth by the people they idolize in order to reach where they are. Since they don’t see that there is effort involved, it is easy for them to ridicule and mind control others. If the victim fails to achieve the narcissist’s agenda, they dismiss you very easily. Wishing to be something is not the same as working to be something. It is okay to aim high, just make sure you are not underestimating the amount of planning and work involved. Success does come overnight, rather it is built on top of small achievements. Hope you are thriving for success so you can help the world someday. If you are not sure, you should seriously think of seeing a therapist. Sorry, I have the same problem as you. I am lately learning to tell myself, “I am enough”, as often as possible. I am learning to love myself first. If this does not apply to you just ignore whatever I said here.
I'm 13 and crave excitement in my life. What can I do to fulfill this?
Throw yourself into exciting situations. Don't look at the negative. If you don't throw yourself into things you'll never know what might have been. You no longer have 'failures' in your life, just experiences and stories. Go to new places you have never been. Talk to people you don't usually speak to. You can find excitement in the strangest of places. Don't to something traditional that everyone else is doing. Don't worry about the people around you who hold you back, make you doubt things. When you try something new and it doesn't work out don't let them say 'I told you so' say to them 'I told YOU i'd try'. TRY AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE TO DO SOMETHING THAT YOU THINK WILL BRING YOU JOY AND GO FOR IT. You don't have to live life how people expect you to. Do something new, something different, even if it's something very small it's something you didn't do before. You could find a whole new life this way.
Why would someone crave madness and chaos in his life?
Crave means “a powerful desire for something” Now, is it your interpretation that this person seems to desire madness and chaos in their lives? or, have they stated “I desire more madness and chaos in my life” and then proceed to undertake the task of creating just that? Or is it that you just do not agree with HOW they are living their lives, and anybody who lives that way is just plain crazy?Unfortunately there is a lot of sadness and terrible cruelty in the world. Things that scar a person deeply, wounds that sometimes these people do not even know they have that cause them to make very poor choices and poor bargains in and with life.I don’t feel that you have given me enough information to give a more detailed answer.
