Bradley is tough and durable, and has had a taste of the limelight. Thurman is still a hungry young lion who hasn't reached the heights that Bradley has enjoyed, so it is a case of just how bad does Thurman want what Bradley has already enjoyed. I gotta believe that Bradley would be the underdog and Thurman the slight favorite, but man this one would be a battle. Great match up.

And that can lead to really anticlimactic fights. I think Mayweather would have beaten Pacquiao at that stage in Pacquiao’s career no matter what, but the torn rotator cuff, or whatever injury it was that neutralized some of Pacquiao’s arsenal before that huge anticlimax, certainly didn’t help. Sergio Martinez fared as he did against Miguel Cotto because his body had broken down and couldn’t sustain his customary style. The same sad shit could happen to Thurman.That said, if Thurman comes back 100%, I’d argue that even with Spence or Crawford, it will be a matter of styles making fights, of what happens on the night in question, etc. That’s the thing with punchers. I would say that Thurman has the advantage in terms of outside boxing (supplemented with power), while Danny is probably more dynamic on the inside (in close quarters). This is most likely going to be a bad matchup for Garcia because of Thurman's recent experience at 147Lbs. Garcia really hasn't proven himself at the weight class yet (Paulie doesn't count). Specifically, Garcia is not a pressure fighter in the swarming / crowding sense of the word. Porter for example, is a flawed swarmer (because he smothers his own punches and doesn't use nearly enough jab, bob, weave strategy), but Garcia is more of a puncher that uses some basic boxing and brawling strategy. Garcia is a jack-of-all-trade, but master of none. He has many defensive flaws from the outside, midrange, with footwork, and with generalship. Thurman also has flaws (he pretty much has the same flaws that Danny Jacobs has up at 160Lbs). Thurman does not use enough defensive maneuvers after throwing his combinations, and he doesn't know how to set up the mid range by using the outside (he uses counters to make up for this). Porter put a ton of pressure on Thurman, and he was able to cut the ring and drive Thurman to the ropes. I doubt Garcia can do that. Prediction: Thurman by wide UD, with a lesser chance of a TKO stoppage.

He should probably look for another trainer. He can keep his dad as a trainer if he wants but he needs someone who can hone his skills more. He needs to work on his foot work, his combinations and he needs to learn how to use feints. Keith Thurman looked sloppy in their fight, throwing haymakers. Danny is a puncher, if he can make Thurman commit to a sloppy punch, he can slip and catch him while he’s off balanced.He should contact Freddie Roach or Abel Sanchez. Both guys are good with aggresive style of fighting. Just look at Manny Pacquiao and GGG.

A combination of both fighters having solid beards, not having true one-punch knockout power at elite level, and not throwing that many shots in the fight. When you get a situation like that, you might get fighters getting stunned from time to time, but unless they follow it up with a decent flurry of hard shots, they won't put down their opponent.
