What Is Meaning Of Smash Here

What does it mean to "smash the patriarchy"?

Smashing the patriarchy means challenging the dominant social, political and cultural system that values masculinity over femininity. The patriarchy perpetuates oppressive and limiting gender roles, sexual assault, and the political and economic subordination of women. Smashing the patriarchy means challenging and confronting the assumptions underlying this system. The patriarchy hurts both men and women, and both men and women can challenge it. For men this could look like:A male thought leader Publicly demanding that the panel he’s invited to speak on has at least one woman on it.A man calling out other men when they say sexist things, especially if there are no women presentA male executive insisting that his company’s insurance cover birth control and provide daycare, especially if this doesn’t benefit him directly.A man providing his son with opportunities to engage in traditionally feminine activitiesFor women, this could look like:Raising their children to be feministsDemanding consent in sexNot buying into the beauty industry unless they genuinely want toPursuing careers and speaking out in male-dominated fieldsSpeaking out publicly about sexual harassment and assault

What does it mean to "smash" something (I've heard only guys say this)?

I had a group of guys ask me if they could "smash" and I figured it meant sex and I was offended, so I ignored them and kept walking by. I think I've even heard it in some rap songs, usually in a sexual way. But then, I keep hearing other guys say they're about to "smash" when they go out to eat ...??? I'm so confused now. It seems to be a trendy word because I keep hearing guys say it, but only guys too fsr, I've never heard a girl say she's going to "smash" something. Does anybody here know?

What does this mean {hulk smash} ?

It's the Hulk's catchphrase. If you don't know who he is, he's a comic books character who is super strong but not very bright. He doesn't speak English very well, so Hulk Smash is his way of saying "Hulk is going to smash you, the people next to you and every building in a five mile radius."

Symbolic meaning for broken glass?

This is just a theory, this symbolic associations, but occasionally there might be some coincidences that are hard to explain so, on that note, here is my symbolic meaning for your broken glasses:
Someone or something , is calling your attention, you are being summoned, or thought of regularly, by someone from your past, eg, relative, family, best friend, past bf/gf. The matter is urgent, as they are sick , or need assistance.

Regularly dropping something may be explained by something more mundane but going along with the symbolic meaning, it may be "stop what you are doing, you are not where you are supposed to be".

Ok, now from the medical point of view. Your last three fingers (middle, ring, and pinkie) can lose voluntary muscle control when the shoulders they are hanging from are painful or frozen in any way.
Go to the physiotherapist and have them assessed.

What does the statement 'it's not a train smash' mean?

What does ‘it’s not a train smash’/’it’s not a train crash’/ ‘it’s not a train wreck’ mean?‘train smash’ is the South African version of this phrase.‘train crash’ is the UK version of this phrase.‘train wreck’ is the US version of the phrase.Normally we hear this phrase in the positive - it’s a train crash etc. This means it is a disaster, a mess.In this statement it is presented in the negative so it means it isn’t a disaster. I’ve never heard it said this way round in the UK, so it is a relatively unusual construction here. Something a non-native speaker would say, or someone being quite loose and casual with their English, even though grammatically it isn’t incorrect. You are more likely to hear someone say ‘it isn’t a disaster’.However, South African colleagues tell me it is a fairly common colloquial form there to hear it in the negative. Another example of variant usage.

What is "Smash or Pass"?

Le sigh. This old game lol. ‘Smash or Pass’ was a game that I as a teenager and younger man used to entertain with my friends in regards to the the attractiveness of a female, namely a celebrity, but sometimes one that is known within our circle, work with, or attend school with.‘Smash’ in this instance is slang for sexual intercourse.‘Pass’ denotes that you do not find the female attractive enough to, as stated before, ‘smash’.This game is played usually by naming the female and beforehand stating ‘Smash or pass’.An example would be as such: “ Yo, Derrick, Smash or Pass Rosie O'Donnell?”Derrick briefly pauses, reflects, and replies “Smash”. Don't judge Derrick. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This game is played usually throughout the day to dispel boredom or just out of plain humor. And yes, ladies play this game too.

here are the lyrics:
Head down
As I watch my feet take turns hitting the ground
Eyes shut
I find myself in love racing the Earth
And I'm soaked in your love
And love was right in my path, in my grasp
And me and you belong

I wanna run (run)
Smash into you
I wanna run (run)
And smash into you

Ears closed
What I hear no one else has to know
Cause' I know
That what we have is worth first place in gold
And I'm soaked in your love
And love is right in my path, in my grasp
And me and you belong, oh...

I wanna run (run)
Smash into you
I wanna run (run)
Smash into you
Smash into you
Oh......

Head down
As I watch my feet take turns hitting the ground
Eyes shut
I'm in love and I'm racing the Earth
And I'm soaked in your love
And love is right in my path, in my grasp
And me and you belong
Oh...I wanna run
Smash into you
I'm willing to run (run)
Smash into you
I'm ready to run, run, run, run, ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
I'm ready to run, run, run, run, ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
I wanna run, run
Smash into you
I'm willing to run (run)
Smash into you

Why does a boy say he wants to smash?

Haha. It’s quite simple. Boys have raging hormones, which means that they want to have sex, or think about sex- all. the. time. I don’t say that offensively, because studies have shown that girls are the same way. Girls, just contain it better.Smash, in slang terms, means: have sex, which you may already know. Basically, this boy thinks you’re hot and wants you to know he wouldn’t mind having sex with you.Make good decisions :) I hope this helps & good luck!
