How does Mennonite clothing differ from Amish clothing?

These are generalizations, as not all communities are the same.Liberal Mennonites: Dress like everybody else in the world around them.Conservative Mennonites:Most women wear prints (and consider solids to be fancy).Cape dress have zippers up the back.Headcoverings are small, often transparent (see-through), and may or may not have cap strings. Little girls are usually seen with long braids down their backs, and do not start wearing coverings until sometime in school age.Women rarely go barefoot or show their toes. Sandals are worn with socks. Many consider bare toes to be offensive.Wedding rings not allowed, but some allow watches with plain bands.Men are clean shaven, or neatly trimmed beards (with or without mustaches) . Whatever the individual church decides, that is what the men do.Men wear store bought clothes. The button up shirts are commonly plaid.Amish:Women wear solid colors (and consider prints to be fancy).Cape dresses (and some communities do not wear the capes all the time) fasten up the front with pins or snaps. Little girls wear dresses that fasten up the back, usually with buttons, and “graduate” to front dresses around 9 or 10 years of age.Headcoverings are larger and opaque (solid white or black), with cap strings that should be kept tied under the chin. Little girls wear their hair up, and may go without coverings at home, but wear caps out. Girls usually wear black caps until they get married, and then switch to white, although there are exceptions, like for visiting other churches.Women wear plain black shoes when going out, but enjoy going barefoot in nice weather. In some communities men and women will be dressed up in their Sunday best, yet go to meeting barefoot, in warm weather.No jewelry of any kind is worn. Watches are kept in the pocket, or women pin them to their dress under their cape.Men wear beards when they get married, usually without a mustache.Men may wear store bought solid color button up shirts, or homemade. Pants are homemade broadfall pants.

How Pulwama Terror attack happened?

BackgroundStarting in 2015, Pakistan-based militants in Kashmir increasingly took to high-profile suicide attacks against the Indian security forces. In July 2015, three gunmen attacked a bus and police station in Gurdaspur. Early in 2016, four to six gunmen attacked the Pathankot Air Force Station. In February and June 2016, the militants killed nine and eight security personnel respectively in Pampore. In September 2016, four assailants attacked an Indian Army brigade headquarters in Uri killing 19 soldiers. On 31 December 2017, the Commando Training Centre at Lethpora was also attacked by militants killing five security personnel. These attacks took place in the vicinity of the Jammu Srinagar National Highway.AttackOn 14 February 2019, a convoy of 78 vehicles transporting more than 2,500 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel from Jammu to Srinagar was traveling on National Highway 44. The convoy had left Jammu around 3:30 IST (Indian Standard Time) and was carrying a large number of personnel due to the highway having been shut down for two days prior. The convoy was scheduled to reach the destination before sunset.At Lethapora near Awantipora, around 15:15 IST,a bus carrying security personnel was rammed by a Mahindra Scorpio SUV carrying explosives. It caused a blast which killed at least 46 CRPF personnel of the 76th Battalion and injured many others. The injured were moved to the army base hospital in Srinagar.Pakistan-based militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed claimed responsibility for the attack. They also released a video of the assailant Adil Ahmad Dar alias Adil Ahmad Gaadi Takranewala alias Waqas Commando, a 22-year old high school dropout from Kakapora who had joined the group a year ago.Pakistan denied any involvement and Jaish-e-Mohammed leader, Masood Azhar, roams free in that country.It is the deadliest terror attack on state security personnel since 1989.InvestigationThe 12-member National Investigation Agency team will probe the attack along with the Jammu and Kashmir Police.Initial investigations suggested the car was carrying more than 300 kilograms (660 lb) of explosives,including 80 kilograms (180 lb) of RDX, a high explosive,and ammonium nitrate.

What are the rules for flag hoisting in India?

The flag may form a distinctive feature of the unveiling of a statue, monument, or plaque, but should never be used as the covering for the object. During the ceremony of hoisting or lowering the flag, or when the flag is passing in a parade or in a review, all persons present should face the flag and stand at attentionThe flag should be flown at half-mast as a sign of mourning.
