What might work is soundtrack music.  It has no lyrics and has emotionally charged variations within it.  All sites will let you preview the music, some have a shortened version of the track you can use as a test others embed an audio ID that you can use as a preview with your video.Do a search for royalty free soundtrack music.  If you have no budget add the word free in front of your search.Terms you will need to know:Royalty free means you don't have to pay each time you use the music.  "Buy out " means you pay a fixed amount to buy out the rights to use the music.  Before you use the music and post your videos make sure you read the user agreement for the music to make sure there are no limitations on use.  Some music can be used for commercial purposes others not.  Print the user agreement or take a screen grab of the terms and conditions.  Write down details of the music and where it came from for future use.   If you need lots of music each month you may need to purchase a service like "Audio Blocks" it's $50/month for unlimited downloads.  First month is free so if you have one video you could get the music for free then cancel.  Works great for corporate stuff.
