How do you conceal dark circles under eyes? I’m quite pale so the lightest shade of concealer isn’t light enough and the pink color correctors don’t seem to do anything.

You should be trying a peachy coloured colour corrector, because the dark circles are generally purple-based or blue-based in tone and that needs to be counteracted by the opposite colour on the colour wheel (orange/peach). Obviously the peach shade chosen should be similar in tone to your skin tone ie. if you are pale choose a pale peach, or if you are darker in skin tone a dark peach (almost orange) would be appropriate. If you are very pale choose a colour corrector or “concealer” that is pale peachy, then follow that with a sheer layer of an opaque concealer that is carefully chosen to be the same as your skin tone (or even slightly — but EVER SO SLIGHTLY — lighter). If you are very pale you may need some help or advice to choose these properly, but I’d recommend brands like Laura Mercier, MakeUp Forever or Bobby Brown for good colour corrector tones for pale girls (as I am also), and MakeUp Forever , Nars or Kat Von D for good pale girl toned concealers. A lot of people like Tarte Shape Tape concealer but as I haven’t any experience with it I won’t recommend it but you could check it out if it’s available where you are. Don’t forget to set everything with a light layer of setting powder at the end. You may need to use more than one layer of concealer if your shadows are very dark — but it is better to use multiple thin layers than one thicker layer if you want good coverage that will last and not crease. It may take some practice and trial-and-error to be able to apply everything to look natural and not heavy or crease, but it can be done. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from more than one make-up artist at different places as you experiment.
