no it is not ram is random access memory which is used to run apps and to mulitask while inbuilt memory is the space given to the phone its self to store stuff ur phone is probably because u running a large app or robably because opera is too big to run for ur phone or there could be a virus get an antivirus from ovi store

Nokia N97 Phone Internal Memory?
I have a (crappy) Nokia N97. When bluetoothing files etc. to my phone, it says there is no memory available. However, I can see my internal (E:) drive has 30 gigs on it. My question, I cannot find the setting on the phone to use/save to this particular memory. Help!

I was trying to download a 25 mb app when it said i have insufficient memory and won't let me download the app when I know i have enough memory. Internal phone memory free space:44.96 mb, sd card free space: 581 mb. I have an Android Dart smartphone by t-mobile. What could be wrong with it or how can i fix it?
