How can a 17 year old girl lose weight?

Okay, so i go online to try to get some tips. I'm a 17 year old girl who has been overweight since i was little. All due to being lazy. It's HARD to just get up and move since again as i said i'm kinda lazy (which i choose to change! yay) and being that i'm an only child i've never really had any fun exercising. can anyone help give me tips on how to lose weight healthily yet before school starts again? i have all summer to trim down and enjoy my senior year.....I would like a simply explained way please. most websites i go to try to be all expertise on me. i just would like some tips, perhaps a simple way to learn how to eat healthy daily i know starving oneself is a big NO-NO. I've never really been a big junk food eater....sodas are my main enemy. I just want someone to help me out here, perhaps someone who can relate? yes i'm lazy, all that junk. but i wanna change. so.....anyone have any tips? if it helps, i'm kinda tall.....bout 5'9 or 10, can't remember. my weight is.....up there so.....can anyone just help? thanks! i'd highly appreciate it. :) ***also, perhaps can someone list fun ways to exercise? only child here....so i need an extra kick to this.***

Good weight loss for a 17 year old?

Because some people are asking, I will add in a little more detail.

I am about 5'10", 5'11", and my ultimate goal is to get between 170 and 175.

And as for my diet, no, I don't eat much, but I am not at the bulimic level. I will eat a couple pieces of bread for breakfast, a cheese sandwich for lunch, and one of those microwavable 200 calorie dinners for dinner.

I know it's not much, but it's been working, you know? And I've had success with it.

And for excercise, yeah, I do a lot of it. I am getting in shape for baseball, so I spent an hour or two throwing the baseball, in addition to crunches and weight lifts before and after I eat anything.

17 year old boy wants to lose weight :-)?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

Best weight gainer or protein for a 17 year old male?

Ideal weight for 5'4 17 year old female?

Hiya. I've been dieting since May now and I've lost a bit of weight, I've lost around 30 something lbs, I went from around 185lbs to 152lbs (I'm guessing as I'm weighing myself in a couple of days). I eat bran flakes every single morning then normally have my dinner around 5 which would be grilled chicken breast and salad or veges.. I've started a new job recently that I normally finish at 8pm, I have my normal bran flakes but I just don't have anything else because I will just not eat after 6-7, I normally do this for 7 days then the next 7 days I'll be eating normally so I probably do it 2 weeks out of the month. Will I lose more weight? I'm not doing it intentionally either! Also what would be a good weight for my height, I would say I have a large frame, but my mum says I have a medium frame so yeah, could someone help me on how much I could weigh in the next month or so and could somebody tell me a good weight to be at my height :) thank you
