What Is The Chance That A Title Loan On My Car Would Have An Effect On My Credit.

Trying to get a Car Title Loan...?

2001 honda accord EX, 135000 miles. Dinged up slightly in the front, windshield is cracked. Not in horrible shape. Check engine light is on though. I own the car in full. Any chances of getting a Title Loan? at least $500.

I have a title loan, can my car still be repossed if I moved out of state?

they want to repossess just for a few days late? what is your definition of "a few days?"

they can repossess across state lines, any time the debt violates the terms of the contract.

your credit will be bust as well as trying to hide will only increase the recovery costs. you will be responsible for them too.

they will eventually find you and the car, by contacting your friends, family and former employeers. do you want the world to know?

once they obtain the car, they will give you a few days, thier definition, not yours, to collect your belongings and settle the debt.

if you can not or will not pay, they will sell the car at auction. what little amount they get, minus fees will be deducted from the loan. the remainder, including recovery fees will still be owed by you.

bankruptcy will cost you a lawyer and other fees, it will not release you from payment or allow you to keep your car.

your best bet is to talk to them and offer as much payment as possible.

do not go to a payday loan company.

I need a 3000 loan with bad credit?

I did just find out. My ex had a truck.. that he pulled out an auto title loan on... It was the truck that we both used.. Since I do not have a car.. He didnt make the payment.. I would have made the payments but I didnt know. Now they have it and want 3000 dollars to pay off everything. It is totally worth it since the truck itself could sell right now for about 10 grand. I am a single mother and now have no vehicle. I just wanted to see if it was at all possible to get a loan for something like this. I have been looking to buy a car for a while. I figure if anything this is a cheap truck that I know is sound. Considering it used to be mine. Thanks!

Does a car title loan show on credit report when getting a mortgage?

so the wife and i are in a bad spot, she just went back to work after having a baby and we only have 1 car, ive been driving the motorcycle (its not worth enough to sell) to and from work, but her job hours have changed, so we need a second car, asap. i dont want to go buy some junker for $1000 because im afraid that it wont be safe or might brake down when we have the baby with us. i asked, and the mortgage broker said to stay in our price range for a house i cant take out a loan or finance a car. we are in the position to buy a good car, for about 1/2 the book value (a friends grandma just passed) and im thinking of getting a title loan to cover what i would need to get. i know the interest is terrible, but we need a vehicle now, so i need to know, aslong as the loan is paid back on time in full will this show up on my credit in any way shape or form? (by the way i have good credit, but to get into the house we want and get the state funding through the program im in i had to pay my debt down to zero)

I have a title loan and my car stopped working do I still have to pay?

Legally, you still owe.

Realistically, most title loan places aren't going to "do" anything for not paying. Beyond repoing the car that is.

So, chances are, if you call them to come get it or just let the county tow it away, nothings going to happen to you.

Their very high rates factor in a certain amount of deadbeats.

Other than a few phone calls and maybe the account turned over to a collection agency, nothing is likely going to happen.

Legally, they could sue you and garnish your wages. Realistically, its not going to happen.
