Can I get fired because of the color of my hair?
I have short, shoulder length curly hair. I was hired with a strip of blonde on each side of my head. (The rest is a faded burgundy) Ive been dying the blonde parts of my hair different colors like blue, purple, pink and red. Lately, I've been wanting to dye my whole head a dark (almost black) green. So dark that you would only be able to know its green in the sunlight. I work in an office as an accounts payable clerk and i hardly come in to contact with any outside clients. The only reason I don't want to ask my boss is because I know once i explain it... They'll just picture it as bright *** green hair once they hear the color green. I have bought the bleach and hair dye to do it, but I don't want to show up to work and get them pissed. Although, They are not the type to get upset about little things like that, they are very easy going and fun. I have only been working there since January. So I don't want to step on anybody's toes. Should I just show up to work with dark green hair?

They modify the structure of you hair to penetrate the hair shaft and colour it.Henna is a safer method as it is natural and chemical free. How soon after getting a color can u perm your hair?
The usual wait period after perming your hair would be about 1-2 weeks, depending on the type of color to avoid hair loss . There are no-peroxide colors (semi- and demi-permanent) on the market that you could do even sooner, some even say it's OK to do it the same day (but I wouldn't recommend it). These could be applied after the 2 day no-wash period after your perm. Don't color your hair (with either temporary or permanent dye) just before getting a perm. Perming strips the color and other additives from your hair, so you'll be wasting the color at this point. Wait until you've had the perm about a week and then color your hair.
Does sunlight show your 'true' hair color?
My teacher told us that sunlight actually shows our 'true' hair color. At recess, a bunch of us went out into the sun to check out our hair. My hair is usually black looking. In the sun, it was reddish brown! o.O I mean, me and my friends checked it VERY closely (inside), and saw that it DID look brown. But the red only shows in the sun. Does this mean my true hair color is reddish brown?
