What Is The Easiest Way To Get A Job

What's the easiest way to get a job in the USA?

I think the previous answer has given the details. Let me add more details. You have to realize that some company has to make you come you to USA. What I mean is that it is not something you can do on your own.(Exception: you can get the visa if you make an investment in USA providing for job opportunities)You can join a company in India which is ready to transfer you to its US branch (it can be an American company with an India branch or vice versa) after a year or so. This is called as L1 Visa and is normally not subject to Lottery etc. Have this condition explicitly discussed and agreed upon while you negotiate the salary. One year period of work in the company is the minimum for such transfer. If the company is not ready / not capable of applying for L1 visa, H1B is the next chance. It is the work permit (and compared to this, L1 has some advantages and some disadvantages) which the company has to apply for. There is no minimum period - but there is a catch: there is a lottery since the number of H1Bs is limited and normally a lottery is held in April for work starting in Oct and the lottery is closed in April itself. The third choice (definitely with a risk) is to do some education in USA and get permission to stay for a few months there and look for a job. Since the American companies can directly interview you in USA itself, you may stand a better chance. Again it is a H1B and the number of H1B is limited. The cost is a big issue here. So, your best bet is to discuss with some companies in India who have branches in USA and negotiate for a H1B (remember: you have the lottery issue) or L1 (preferable). There are some companies in India who are ready to apply for your H1B and if your H1b is cleared then they ask you to leave your current job and make a travel. But be aware of a possibility of cheating / unethical behavior in some of these companies. Do a good evaluation of them before submitting your documents to them.

What is the easiest way to learn coding to get a job ASAP?

Hi,These sort of questions are the reason why sites like Quora and StackOverflow ask to be very specific on your questions.Anyways, I will try to answer to the extend that might bring at least a little help to your query.'Easiest way to learn coding' (what sort of coding? which field raises your eyebrows along with hope to learn?) 'to get a job ASAP' (what sort of job interests you?).So I will try to answer in general. To get jobs easier and quicker, it might be Freelancing that you are speaking of (though nothing comes easy out of the box). I would suggest you to learn HTML,PHP,CSS....yeah I mean the web developing grounds to have fast access to job offers. They are easy to learn and you get to see your output visually put to work pretty quick unlike programming language which will take you some time to get out of your compiler and build your own independent window. The easiest way to learn any of those would be to visit- W3Schools Online Web TutorialsThe site linked above is simply amazing. They have sorted out each sections so perfectly that the newbies feel right to fit in pretty quickly.See the comradery between lack of time and getting a job is quite apparent here however, the matter of concern should be to add another word before job. Yeah that's right. I was thinking of 'good'.To get a good job pretty fast? Really? Well depends how much time you are ready to spare each day. Anyways, start learning the major programming languages like Java, C, C++, C#,Python, Perl, Ruby etc (again much depending on what field is your target). You can learn them by visiting their official sites. By that I mean, if you are trying to learn Python, did you ever consider visiting to their official site and checking out their documentation or tutorials which they spend hours to make. Now, I don't want to start a fight by saying how greatly or poorly they are written but hey, they are certainly helpful.Or subscribe to some youtube channel who makes teaching fun. Like for me, I followed "thenewboston". He will start from the ABCDssss and will lead you to a good level of intermediates. But you are in a world where practice is a major need and so is time. Spend your assigned "ASAP" time learning and then practicing to perfect your learning.
