Aside from actually doing very intense exercising, you need to keep your diet in check. I'd personally recommend keeping the GI low and eating complex carbohydrates.

3500 calories make up one pound. In order to lose 2 pounds, you need a deficiency of 7000 calories. This means that you need a deficiency of 1750 calories each day for 4 days. This can be very difficult.
You MUST eat at least 1000 calories each day otherwise your metabolism will slow down resulting in less fat loss.
If you want to lose 2 pounds in 4 days,
- eat 1000 calories each day = 4000 calories total
- burn 11,000 calories in total which will give you a deficiency of 7000 which equals 2 pounds
Keep in mind your body will burn between 1500 - 2000 calories each day to as a basic means of survival. This means you need to burn off 3000-4000 calories over the 4 days through exercise, or 750-1000 each day.
