What is the lowest calorie pop tart?
no...everything about poptarts...or anything close to it are bad and full of sugar. Low fat/calories will have more carbs and sugar than the regular. I'd seriously rather have 2 donuts for breakfast than a pop tart. Same calories, same sugar. Both bad. But, if you must occasionally, eat the Nature's Path Organic Toaster Pastry. Still unhealthy, but at least doesn't contain nasty chemicals and preservatives like Poptarts.
