What Is The Most Cold Hearted Person You Know Not A Criminal

Who are the coldest (hearted) people in the world?

I am an exchange student at the university in Germany. I find the German guys are nice and polite, but in bed I give them a zero because those whom I have dated want sex only when I am on top and I found that if I am under him, he is incapable of getting an erec...tion. I can not do my thing when I am always on top that got on my nerves and as the person above mentioned (laughed), it is so true about the body odor thing and the smoking, smoking and smoking everywhere.
The hottest (bed) Americans for sure, followed by Italians, Spanish, Portuguese. Arabs are very selfish. Wang, Bam, thank you ma'am type. Americans go all over me, kissing, licking the top of my head down to my toe. Gives me the willies just thinking about it.

What is a word to describe an indifferent, cold-hearted, and ambitious person?

Ex-boss. Just kidding. A little. It is rare that a single word captures the essence of three others equally. The closest I can get is ruthless. Someone who is ruthless will typically have characteristics that include indifference and cold-heartedness, and they are often but not definitionally motivated by ambition. Thanks for the A2A.

Why are so many prosecuters stone cold hearted, with no regard lacking ability to respect human dignity and often placing themselves almost as low as ones who commit the most heinous of crimes when they try and prosecute any crime regardless?

The law is a competitive, adversarial game and the prosecutor is a coach or general who may really want to take criminals off the streets but he or she also needs to establish a good record of convictions. They see a lot of evil from criminals and defense attorneys alike so some of them get hard ass. Every one involved has an agenda, a goal: the crook wants to commit a crime and not get caught, the cop wants to catch them, the defense attorney wants do keep the client out of jail, the prosecutor wants to put them in jail and the judge wants to render as few decisions as possible that won’t be overturned. It’s a game,

Am I a cold hearted person or a psycho?

You are may be a slight bit of a cold hearted but certainly not a psycho unless, you want to see pain. Turning a blind eye to some things is not psycho. If that's the case, most of the Indians are psychos! 1. Most people won't react when they see accidents 2. Most people won't react when they see a crime in front of them3. Most people won't even help a dog that is hurt, forget about people! However the fact that you are asking this question itself means that your heart is crying out loud instead of your eyes. Loosen yourself. Watch a few sentimental movies. Instead of thinking about the movie scenes, just give into your emotions. Be it a laugh out loud or burst out cry. This is happening because your brain is fighting the emotions without even you realizing it. When you realize that its being caught with, you will automatically start reacting to situations. I use to be like you at some point in life. Even now, I don't laugh or smile very easily. However, I have become a cry baby, I start crying at some most simplest things sometimes. That's because I just give into the spontanious emotion instead of analyzing it. You will get used to it sometimes. But you will have a lot more empathy in your life bringing more people into your life as well! People die and are born every day. Its part of nature. Don't think about it too much. PS. : I know people who are reading this will start bashing me for making the above statement of Indians. The path to solution and the first step is the willingness to acceptance. The reason we have started to develop this attitude is because, we see so much of it every day, we have developed the attitude "this happens every day(arre yeh to hamesha aise hi chaltha hai yar). And if one has to stop at any incident and start reacting, either he has to do that every day(or may be every hour) or he/she has to get killed by someone who doesn't want you doing it. So there is a reason for turning a blind side by most of them. A brother has to get his sister marriedA father has to get his son educatedA mother is responsible for the whole family(they are half the bread winners in this country)A husband/wife needs to take care of his/her family

My little brother is turning into a coldhearted ***hole I dont want him 2 be help a criminal or a jerk! help!?

My little brother 16 is trying to be a little thug but at home he's a quiet mommy's boy. but at school and stuff he a "thug" goin around talkin bout how he has guns and would kill people easily and was in a gang. he already got arrested once for a wachin a fight he just went 2 juvie for a few hours but now that just make him feel he's even more of a thug and he brags about it and im afraid he may go back. then on his myspace page he wrote its a shame I gotta tell a B**** I love her to get some. he's talkin bout ho's and violent stuff. I recently went thru a bad sit. with an ex who was a jerk who pretended to love me 2 sleep wit me. and I dont want my brother to be like him. I tried talkin to him and about how it hurt and that i was even suicidal 4 a bit and the lil idiot was like "damn u shouldve gotten a gun at the pawn shop and shoot urself in the head" wit a straight face and i was like dats harsh and he was like so. Im growin ill feelings 4 him how 2 help him change.

Why are most people so rude and cold hearted in today's society?

Unfortunately this is true whether you believe it or not. Most people are uncaring, utterly selfish and have little or no regard for life in general. The attitude of "its my way or the highway" exists in almost everyone. Most people cannot handle criticism, accept mistake or apologize ever. Why does this trend exist in today's society?

Do you think that prisoners that commit heinous crimes deserve any sort of sympathy/forgiveness years later?

I think it largely depends on their repentance.I know a person who killed someone in a DUI incident. They were charged with a crime in connection to the DUI and paid a fine and did probation. The fact that they killed someone weighs heavily on their mind even years later. This person is not a cold-hearted killer looking for their next victim. Maybe they should have known better than get behind a wheel on the drugs they were on. But today, they need love and compassion and support to carry on.There have been gang members who reformed themselves in prison. There are positive stories of people on death row who have likewise turned their lives around. They should be commended, even if we’re still going to kill them—this isn’t a discussion on the merits of capital punishment—and supported in their change of heart and lifestyle. But forgiveness? Forgiveness is not for the person who committed the crime, no matter how heinous. Forgiveness is the gift the victim gives herself so that the pain that was inflicted upon her does not keep her from moving on with her life. Forgiveness is saying, “I’ll be fine,” not “You’ll be fine.” The person who cannot forgive is the person who cannot grow, who cannot live in this moment, because they are constantly drawn to the past. That person is to be pitied and needs just as much love and support as the criminal if they are to be restored to something approaching normalcy.Forgive early and quickly. Don’t let someone else’s bad actions drag you down too. If you do so, not only will you save yourself, but you might end up saving them and others as well.

Are lawyers really as ruthless and cold-hearted as portrayed on the television? Eg, the prosecutor knows the defendant is innocent yet still tries to send them to jail and win their case. Is this an accurate portrayal of the real world?

I will never forget this one.As part of our education at Rutgers Law in 1996, we were required to sit through a criminal trial. The guy was on trial for rape, facing 15 years in prison if convicted, even though it would’ve been his first offense. His story: It was a transaction with a hooker gone wrong. He’d picked her up and, following a disagreement as to price, she left in a huff and called 911. She contacted him after the arrest and wanted $10,000 to have the charges dropped. His testimony was credible and his fear at possibly being convicted was palpable. Her story: She was hitchhiking through Camden at night and he grabbed her and tried to rape her.Anyone who knows Camden, NJ knows how unlikely her story was. Nobody hitchhikes in that war zone of a city. “Unlikely” aside, the defense wanted to impeach her with numerous prior arrests and a prior conviction for prostitution, as well as prior convictions for possession of heroin and crack cocaine (including one after the incident but before the trial). The judge wouldn’t let that information before the jury. There were HUGE holes in her story (in her version of events, she ran out of the hotel naked — never mentioned getting dressed, etc).During a break, I spoke to the prosecutor and expressed that it really looked like the guy was innocent. He said “Yeah, I don’t think he did it, but I think I can get him anyway.”I felt a physical shock go through me. I feel it again every time I remember it.(Yes, thank God, the guy was found not guilty by the jury)

Why is it called "cold blooded murder" instead of clearly being a hot blooded activity?

A2A.No, not every murder is called a 'cold blooded murder'. There is a difference. When you kill someone in the heat of moment, or in a fit of rage, or when you're out of your mind, or when your emotions are all blazing up inside and you explode in a murderous outburst, you won't be called a cold blooded murderer. It was impulsive. Probably, you were not fully conscious about your actions and it's consequences at that moment. Probably, you might regret later and feel sorry for the person you killed.Such an act would be called a Crime of Passion. There is no phrase as a 'hot blooded murder'.On the other hand, when you deliberately kill someone by carefully plotting the murder, and are not driven by any sudden impulse or outbursts at the time of committing it, such a murder would be called a 'cold blooded murder'. It was premeditated. You have thoroughly calculated the act and have carried it out in a completely unfeeling manner, while fully aware of the nature of your actions and it's consequences. It was calmly deliberate rather than ruthlessly impulsive, and you are highly unlikely to feel any remorse later on.This expression alludes to the notion that blood is the driver of emotions, and is hot in passion and cold in calm.
