A few that I like are: Vanilla Sky Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Memento The Machinist Waking Life Fight Club and the Matrix you've probably seen, but the others are great. There's a documentary called What The Bleep Do We Know. Its about quantum mechanics and that stuff. Don't let the physics turn you away but that documentary will blow your mind away.

The greatest epilouge ever in film history (for me personally) Into The Wild (2007) A man seeking true freedom and abstaining from modern society. (Inspirational) The Bucket-List (2007) Jack Nicholson AND Morgan Freeman. Need I say more? City of God (2002) Portuguese. Rio de Janeriro, gang shootout in the favelas The Hurt Locker (2008) Modern war and a story of a bomb defuser. Incendies (2010) French. Twin brother an sister head out to the middle east to fulfill the wishes of their dead mother. Great WOW factor!!! One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) Jack Nicholson, Need I say more? The Last Samurai (2003) Japan, Samurais, Peach blossoms and Tom Cruise (The odd one out). Blood Diamond (2006) A diamond is a ticket way out for two men. Intense action. The Prestige (2006) 2 Magicians compete against one another to create the greatest illusion (the entire movie will make you ask "How did he do that?"). Babel (2006) 4 stories in 4 different parts of the world interconnected by a single event The Shawshank redemption (1994). Mr Freeman narrates this awesome tale of a prisoner in Shawshank prison. I would also recommend: UP (Actually all movies from Pixar) Jarhead "Flags of our fathers" and "Letters from Iwo Jima" (These two war movies are companion movies and should be watch together to get a more awesome experience),

I stopped collecting/reviewing them about 10 years ago. I have a fondness for the ones in which the protagonist chooses the fantasy, such as, perhaps Matchstick Men, and for films that do not have a reality from which the protagonist wakes up, such as, perhaps, Mullholland Dr., under my interpretation, since I think that that is the situation in which we live. We are still in the fantasy. We choose not to wake up and even if we did, there is no other real world.
