What Is The Name Of This Deftones Song

What is the best deftones song?

Music is subject therefore I can't answer this question for you. You'll have to strap in and go through the musical journey that is Deftones. I personally love the album white pony and will recommend starting with any song from that album( keep in mind there are four different versions of white pony). Whatever sound you desire you will find in Deftones from their heavier material to their more soft and melodic stuff. I promise that there is no room for disapointment from them and that each song will be a journey of it's own. I'll leave you to take the leap into the ever expanding list of great music they have to offer.

What is your favorite song by Deftones?

Be Quiet and DriveAround the Fur was a true “lightning in a bottle” album. The music is heavy and driving while simultaneously melodic and atmospheric. The peak of this vibe is on Be Quiet and Drive. I still remember driving the empty streets outside Philadelphia listening to this album and repeatedly playing this song, contemplating my life and my future. Chino’s ethereal lyrics laid over the soothing, almost hypnotic melody creates a feeling unlike any other song in their catalogue; or that of any other band.

THE DEFTONES SONG THAT had the girls voice?

it was mx, i actually pulled out my cds cuz nobody was responding to the quetsion, thanks tho brad
you were right
atleast it was the song i was thinkin about

What is the name of the Deftones song with a females voice?

No deftones song has a female singing vocals in it or the word "listerine"
The only thing i can think of is Knife Party because there is a girl that sings/screams on it along with chino at the end but she doesnt sing lyrics. Also there is a song called Tomb Of Liegia on the Team Sleep cd (chinos other band) where a girl sings the entire thing (but hes not in it)

Deftones songs softest one?

softest Deftones songs might include Change in the House of Flies or Digital Bath.

but since those still arent 'soft' by many's standards, you might wanna try Moreno's (the lead singer) side band Team Sleep. all their stuff is trip-hop which may be more of what your looking for. Try the songs Tome of Liegia and Ever Foreign Flag.

What is the Deftones song "Rocket Skates" about?

Honestly, I'm not sure. The lyrics somehow remind me of Siamese Twins by The Cure. Deftones actually did a cover of this song, and I know Chino is a Cure fan, so I suppose it's possible there is some connection. In both songs I get an image of violence and sex.

There are actually some discussions about the interpretation here:

Which Deftones song is the most iconic: "My Own Summer" or "Change (In the House of Flies)"?

What's your favorite Deftones song right now? What album?

“Gore”. From the album of the same name. While I obsessively listened to the album when it came out last year, I focused most of my love on “Phantom Bride” and “Hearts / Wires” and “Doomed User.” I liked “Gore” as well, of course. But when revisiting the album, I find myself thinking that it's probably the best song on the album (which, like most Deftones albums, is loaded with great tracks). I just find it to be both lyrically and musically engaging. Not the heaviest song, not the softest, but absolutely perfect.Current favorite album is kind of easy. I can't wrap my head around the idea that there could ever be a time when the answer is anything other than White Pony. It's a contender for my favorite album of all time period. Every song is just so damn good. You saw them combining atmospheric elements with aggressive songs. Every aspect of the band was on point. “Passenger” could easily be my all-time favorite song. So, I doubt any album will surpass it in my heart. It was also released at a time when music was a big part of my life, and it served as a soundtrack to many formative and memorable moments in my life. My runner up would be the under appreciated Diamond Eyes. I like every song on that album, but nothing gets the visceral reaction that White Pony does, and I'm not sure anything ever will.
