Hmmmm I don't think it is any of the movies you guys have mentioned til' now. Thanks to all anyway. It is an old movie (i would say at least 10-15 years). Other things i do remember: all the furniture is nailed/bolted to the ground. Scissors are in the movie somehow. the whole movie happens inside this apartment and the woman can see from its windows. It's like my personal cult horror from my childhood and i'm trying to find it. Thanks for all the answers!

Movie name: Girl trapped inside a wood box in an apartment?
I want to know the name of this movie, I'll describe what i remember. A girl was trapped inside a wood box, by a men, probably because he loved her and she didn't love him so he kept her locked inside his apartment, she was gaged and he would close the box when someone entered the apartment, i also remembered he embalming her by injecting a fluid inside her veins. This might sound weird, but i remember watching this and it bothers me not knowing the title of the movie. Anyone knows the title? Thank you

The 4th Floor (1999) starring Juliette Lewis, William Hurt, Shelley Duvall, Austin Pendleton, Tobin Bell IMDb synopsis: A young woman moves into a new apartment that she inherited from her grandmother, who had died there in an accident. She is immediately confronted by totally bizarre neighbors and someone is obviously out to get her as rats and flies engulf her apartment. But with the array of weirdos around her, who might it be? Everyone warns her to stay away from her upstairs neighbor, but he is the only one who shows any kindness. Supposedly the neighbor below her is an 80-year-old woman, but she hammers the floor so hard when the young woman moves furniture, that she breaks tiles.
