OK there is a performance by a black lady at a major award. I think it was mary j blige but I'm not sure. It was at a very prestigious award thing like the grammys or something. The only part of the song that I remember is when she was belting the heck out of the word "hey" at the very end of the song. U know...HEEEEEYYYYY HEEEEYYYY HEEEEYYYY! At the end of the song she was crying and the audience gave her a standing ovation. If I'm not mistaken it was one of the most memorable performances of the award. I tried "youtubing" it but I had no luck. HELP!
