It means you have potential but could use a little polish on skills such as communication, grooming etc.

I like a guy who's sorta in the middle. because a rough around the edge guys are more exciting and I like that in a guy, but he can't be a ****** like most rough around the edges guys, so he'll have to be a gentleman sometimes too.

For women...if you're interested in a guy, will you make sure not to curse around him or is it a "take it or leave it" mentality that you have? I'm trying to see if women display admirable traits themselves (for example, if a girl curses she wouldn't be self-conscious about it...if she thinks it's improper then she wouldn't curse). they do, but they like guys who emanate confidence and humor, and being interesting are more important than looking good, but if you do take care of yourself, you are more approachable. point is you could be less than spectacular looking and its all good if you fit the above criteria i suggested.
