You can’t. Delhi follows commissionerate system of policing.What this means is there is no post named DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police) in Delhi. Pleased to answer this.To become an RTO you have to fulfil the following qualifications.A diploma in Mechanical engineering or a degree in Mechanical engineering.One year experience in an approved work shop as a traineeA valid driving licence to drive all classes of vehicle from Motor cycle to heavy vehicles both buses and lorries etc etc.Write the service examination for the position of Motor vehicles Inspector Grade II.After entering into service, get through the departmental exams in Motor vehicles Act and Rules and also in criminal procedure code.After some years you will be elevated as Motor vehicles Inspector Gr I and then as Regional Transport officer.
