What Is The Procedure To Check Fake Experience In Mnc For Software Profile

How can we get a fake experience certificate for a job at an MNC in India, which offers support for a company's background verification?

Never fall for this practice.  MNC companies do thorough background checking after an employee starts working.  This is an elaborate process and every information given in the resume is cross checked and verified. The guilty are handed over to Police and thus your professional career will come to an end before it started.  Fake certificates can't help anybody.  Once you are asked to work, MNC can find out your intrinsic worth.  So, develop your skills, be honest and positive in your approach.

Is it possible to get a fake experience certificate from anywhere for a job?

Yes it is very much possible.Wait ! Why bother getting it from anywhere, you can make one yourself or go to the nearest cyber cafe. They can create a fake certificate for you … that too for 50 - 100 bucks. You’ll have the freedom to choose your designation, employer , years of experience etc etc.But why the hell on earth do you need a fake experience certificate ? Its going to be of no use. Or at the worst, it will get you blacklisted making you unemployed and unemployable.Do you think all the other guys who are working their a&$ of doing their 9 to 5 corporate jobs, living a mechanical life are all fools ? No, they are not. Most of them know the implications of applying or doing a job with a fake certificate.Ever heard of the term BGV (Background Verification), NSR (National Skill Regisry by NASSCOM in India) ? Try googling these terms. Even if You are able to get a job using a fake experience certificate, you won't be able to continue for more than three months. If your employer is a reputed one and follow the standard BGV procedure, you”ll be shown the door latest by the 3rd month of your employment. So my friend, start with your first step rather than trying to skip few steps and jump forward breaking your bones.Fake certificates never serve any fruitful purpose.

Four of my friends joined big MNCs with fake experience of 3 to 4 years at Infosys, etc. What will be their future?

Hello,Thank you for A2A.These days it seems common to add some experience after getting trained in an institute, with a certificate and getting a job seems cool. Let me tell you it is NOT.I’ll share my friend's experience in this scenario.Just like the usual, he got trained in some tech skill, added a fake experience, got a good job with an amazing 80k salary and he was so happy looking at his fortune turning for good. This went on for almost 2 years.Nice guy, got married just after getting “the job” and has a kid too. All of a sudden, there was a background check on a recently joined colleague and the company wanted to check a lot of people who joined for the last 3 years. He lost his job in a week.P.S. Until this happened he did not talk about it but had to share as he was desperate to support his family.I am not demoralising you here, but things can go worse and you definitely shouldn't play with your career.Make professional and ethical approach towards your work. There is no shortcut to success.“Just because everybody is doing it doesn't mean it is always right”.

If a candidate has provided fake documents of their previous employment, what action can be taken by the company?

This happened with one of my colleague few years ago who joined a reputed MNC in Bangalore. He got fake documents from an agent who ensured that if any verification happens he’ll handle it.But to his bad luck when background verification started at same time multiple fake document rackets were busted by cops over here due to which the agent ran away.My friend himself told the HR about it thinking he’ll be caught anyway. HR called him in person and asked for the resignation the very next day. That is it. He resigned and soon after joined another MNC.So only thing they can do is either ask you to resign(most likely) or may fire/blacklist from that specific company only in worst case.
