What Is The Solving Process Of This Question

What's the process of solving equations...?

Well, the way I solve it, is by looking at what it is asking. So in this equation it says 2x+3x=5, i take the two and the three, then I add them both and I get 5. Then I start thinking about which number times 2 and 3 makes up 5. Hope this helps!

What would be the process to solving this equation!?

match the table of data on the left with ts rule on the right and briefly explain why it matches the data.

x- 1, 0, -4, 2, -2, -1............y=x
y- 4, 3, -1, 5, 1, 2..............y=3x-1
......................................... y=x+3
......................................... y=x²
......................................... y=-x²
......................................... y=x²+3

What is the process for solving this?

Do it in order since they're addition and subtractions. Addition takes precedence over subtraction but in the odd, the result us the same whether you do the addition first then the subtraction or if you do it in order.

-5+4-3-6+9-3
-1 - 3 - 6 + 9 - 3
-4 - 6 +9 - 3
-10 + 9 - 3
-1 - 3
-4

If you do the addition first:
(-5 + 4) - 3 - 6 + 9 - 3
-1 - 3 - 6 + (9 - 3)
- 1 - 3 - 6 + 6
-4

See, the process of attempting the BITSAT paper is always in accordance with the art of leaving questions. What this means is that you need to leave the questions that are tough to solve on the first glance.Judge the questionSince each question carries only three marks, it is very important to judge the difficulty level of the question.The exam doesn't care how hard you struggled to solve a question, it only sees your marks. So attempt smartly.Even if you know that a question is easy, but lengthy,… leave it on the first attempting round. When you are done with questions that are easy and quickly solvable, you will feel confident as you have finished attempting at least half of the paper. Then go for the next round of solving the paper (Since maths paper is to be allocated in a timeframe of 40 minutes, first round should be completed in about 15 minutes, the second in about another 15 minutes, and the third in about 10 minutes).Make sure you have time for doing a three round check of the question paper.Practice like this and you would be wondering why other people are struggling to solve a simple paper in three hours on the exam day….All the Very Best for your exams…. :-DFor motivation and regular answers to questions, follow me on Quora.

HELP!!! Physics question! (Solving process and answer please)?

Does anyone know how to solve this?:

Two stones are thrown simultaneously, one straight upward from the base of a cliff and the other straight downward from the top of the cliff. The height of the cliff is 6.87 m. The stones are thrown with the same speed of 8.17 m/s. Find the location (above the base of the cliff) of the point where the stones cross paths.

You first have to diagnose the problem by thinking profoundly into the problem with open mindedness. Just the way a Medical Doctor diagnose the cause of your illness before preffering a treatment to that illness.Then you design a system around that problem in order to solve it.Lastly you execute.

What is the answer and process of solving 16-y=9?

take the y on the right side of the equation which will change make it positive
16 = 9 + y
and then bring 9 on the left side making it negative
16-9 = y
solve it for y
7 = y or y = 7

Problem solving maths help? (Process)?

The process is:

1) Write two formulas for what you know. Let a be the number of 45 min lessons and b be the number of 60 min lessons. 35a is what Jake got for his 45 min lessons and 45b is what Jake got for his 1 hr lessons. So, the first formula is 35a + 45b = 1890

Jake gave 50 total lessons, so the second formula is a + b = 50

2) Solve the second equation for one of the variables, say a, and then substitute it for a in the first equation. a = 50 - b

So the first equation becomes 35(50-b) + 45b = 1890. Thus 1750 - 35b + 45b = 1890.
10b = 140. b = 14.

3) Once you know the value for b, derive the value for a from the second equation. If b=14, then a=36.

Jake gave 36 lessons for 45 min at $35 ea and 14 lessons for 1 hr at $45 ea.
