What gaming system did you first start off on and what was your favorite game to play on it?
I think it was a Mitashi rip off of a sega game console - or maybe it was a sega eventually. All I remember was that it could play the usual sega games - so I think Brian Lara’s cricket (or something like that - I think it was called something else). Sonic (that was the fastest side scroller back then), Aladdin (collecting those apples was a joyous occasion), Likn King (those neon silhouette extra lives and those giraffes that tossed you in the air), Bomber Man (that 2D overhead view when you kept explosives and it killed those monsters chasing you) - I seen to remember stuff like that. For dual player modes I think my 2 favourite titles were Double Dragon and Contra I think. And Wrestle Mania was a sega favourite as well. It’s all fuzzy now - but I distinctly remember yanking 8 or 16 bit cartridges out of those terribly built consoles - and having more breakdowns on them than an emotional teen going through puberty. I think I spent more than half my time randomly hitting the console on its head, or holding the game pad wire awkwardly in a particular position until it worked - and despite all those torturous times it didn’t work when you were so eager - it was still possibly among the most memorable gaming experiences I’ve had. And also my official entry into the virtual gaming genre.

Fun ways to workout...?
Wii Fit! I'm not sure how good it works. It used to work wonders on me, and it was noticeable after only one week of doing it, but that was when I actually had a good metabolism. I just started doing it again and so far I've had no luck. :( But if you have a Wii, get Wii Fit. It's really fun! The three things I do most frequently are Advanced Step Aerobics, Super Hula Hoop, and Rhythm Boxing, all in the Aerobics section. It feels like a big work out to me, but maybe that's just because I'm really out of shape. But it's fun. And there are other categories. There's Yoga, Strength, Aerobics, and Balance. Balance has the funnest games, but they don't make you lose weigh. They just help your balance (shocker.) Just do it before you eat dinner, and it'll get your metabolism going so you'll gain less fat from the foods you eat. The same goes for anything, not just Wii Fit. But I just love Wii Fit. :) EDIT: (I got out of bed just so I could edit this for you. Be honored.) I didn't give you any options for if you DON'T have a Wii. If not, just get some type of work out machine and put it in your room/living room/anywhere with a TV. Watch TV while you work out, and before you know it you'll have been working out for a half hour. I've done it a few times, but I usually get lazy after 2 minutes and just fall asleep lmao. I'm trusting that you're not as lazy as me. My mom got a work out machine for free from someone at work. She also uses this website called Freecycle. You could try that out and see if anyone wants to give away a free work out machine. If not, you could probably find one on Craigslist for like $2 (not really, but probably for cheap.) GOOD LUCK! Don't expect to lose 20 pounds really fast, though. It's most effective if you lose it slowly. Otherwise it'll just come right back.
What are your favourite places in Chennai?
Here is my favourite places in Chennai list:1. Elliots Beach(Besant Nagar or Bessy): Its one nice place to spend evening. It is less crowded compared to Marina, so my Dad takes us here often for family outing. When I was a kid, I used to play with sand and build castles, collect shells while going to Bessy.(Even now I collect shells while going to beach, and my mom says "you have grown up" just to remind me :P But I won't care about that and still go about collecting those beautiful shells). Playing with the waves, sitting and admiring the beauty of the sea and water splashing on the sandy shores, with the salty smell coming from ocean and having a packet of Beach sundal(thenga manga pattani sundal)- this sums up the reasons why I love this place ^_^ We visit Ashtalakshmi temple and Arupadai veedu murugan temple while going there. Ashtalakshmi temple is a beautiful temple with 8 forms of goddess Lakshmi and excellent sea view. 2. Sangeetha Restaurant: There are many branches but I visit the one in Adyar and the quality of food and service is quite good. Love the food there- south indian, north indian and chat items.3.T.Nagar Shopping(Usman Road,Pondy Bazar, Ranganathan Street): The place for the ones who like shopping! (like me :P). The best place for getting all things at one spot- Shopping Paradise. Its always colourful, busy and crowded. Things I like there- bags(very cheap),jhumkas(lovely collection, you can find beautiful earings that match your dress), bangles and all accessories, dresses and street food(and chat shops :D) . You name it, they have it. This place is very much crowded(than the usual) during festive seasons. This place is loved by my Mom and Me(we shop for hours :P ), and hated by my dad (for the time he has to wait, for the crowd and for the fear of thinning of his wallet).4. Parthasarathy Temple, Kapaleeshwarar temple and Shiradi Sai Baba Temple: Divine places to visit! These three are always on my list. I admire the architecture, the gopuras and gives me inner peace and positive vibrations. Another favorite thing about these three temples is the tasty and divine prasadham served there(puli sadham and chakara pongal) :D Thanks for the A2A. :)Image Source: Google Images
