Can I do an M.Sc and B.Ed together?

No, You should not do more than one degree courses at the same time. It’s not allowed as per the existing UGC rules. Anyhow you can do One regular degree course and any number of diploma courses (like PGDCA, PGDM, DCA etc) but not 2nd degree.MSc Ed Integrated courses (MSc+M.Ed) are there in NIEs, you can choose those courses if you clear entrance tests there. The eligibility for the above course is BSc B.Ed.But few people hide the things while applying for distance education courses and join parallel second degree. Like while doing B.Ed regular course few guys apply MSc or M.A through correspondence in the same academic year. But don’t think the govt is fool. When you are applying for PG Assistant job under state or central govt, the academic duration for both MSc and B.Ed must be different. If they find you did the two degree courses in the same year, sure they will reject your candidature.the following combinations you should not do at the same time.PG + B.EdB.Ed + MphilM.Ed + M.Phil or PGB.Ed or M.Ed + PhDKeep in mind that the above said courses are from the same department. I think you got me.
