Instrumental song for a snake theme dance?
My dance school is doing a garden themed spring show and i was assigned as the garden snake, and i need music for the part but i'm not finding anything good. I need a song like "the wolf" by fever ray, something with that intense feel to it because im supposed to be the main predator of the garden. I can't use that song because the artistic director doesnt like the vocals and i can't find a good instrumental so this is my last resort. anybody got Ideas? thanks for the help!

There’s often a lot of gusto, a lot of brass, all that jazz. (Except not actually any jazz).If you mean national anthems, I can’t put much word in because I cannot profess to listen to many/can’t always distinguish them.If you mean composers, I say you really can’t go wrong with some of the big Russian/Soviet guys. Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, the ”Big Five” (Balakirev, Cui, Mussorgsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Borodin), Stravinsky, Kabalevsky… I could go on and on. There’s definitely a common Russian attitude to the pieces of some of these powerhouse dudes, and it packs a real musical punch.
